域了 （赫赫，俺也要转系了），不是说走得那么头也不回，还是有一点不舍的。毕竟也
摸爬滚打过了，也彻夜无眠的赶过paper, 心惊胆战的作过presentation,
绞尽脑汁的critique, 还有读那些难懂的reading, 都要过去了，不知道是该高兴还是惋
惜。我感觉最大的收获是 1. 看问题更深入了，更有社会责任感了 （我是研究minority
group的） 2. 英语可能比以前强一些了 （做TA 带recitation) 3。 懂了点统计的知识
4。有了几个自己的小研究 （虽然还不完善）。 还有什么呢？ 不知道同仁们愿不愿意分
享你们的感受。。。

只是一直很头痛这个presentation，
所以来请教大家。
生统博士，方向以生物为主，沾了很少的统计，
2年CRO工作经验，职位统计师，期间未做啥research。
博士论文的topic比较尴尬，
统计成分比较少。
2年前找工作时，
凡是on-site需要做presentation的都没拿到offer，
凡是没做的几个，都拿到了。
自认口语尚可，内容是比较大的问题。
请大家帮忙出出点子。
是否还适合拿博士论文项目来讲？
顺便好奇一下，
5年以上工作经验的，
找工作的时候，都拿啥topic出来讲？ |

他们presentation也很好玩儿，去年是每个人把一个小老鼠叫做kiwi带回家，然后
spotlight上作presentation，念自己画的或者写的kiwi journal。
今年是mysterious box，挑一个放在盒子里，要给出三个hint。
然后老师课堂上会用一些人物比如Captain Hook给他们做play，比如老师把一个故事起
个头，让孩子填空来完成这个故事。最后边说边acting out。
一点儿也没有压力，所以真没有孩子不喜欢的。最后就是每个孩子的表达能力都进步了
很多。
前一阵儿我们出去玩儿，微米在车上构思了一个小时，然后给我们绘声绘色的表演了四
个自己编的故事。
坏处就是她对中文的兴趣变淡了，所以我现在也经常和她玩儿中文story drama，还比
较有效果。 |

都是考试考完了，东西做完了就算完了。
锁男锁女们也是这样，考试考完了万事大吉，东西做好了就完事了。
殊不知，这只是完成了一半，另外一半是把你做的东西清楚明白的
来龙去脉的present 出来。这样的training国内根本不重视，
造成了来美国的锁男锁女们以后只会干活，被阿三领导的悲惨命运。
东西做完了只是这个任务完成了一半，另外一半是要能说出来，
这样才算真正完成了。大部分锁男锁女根本说不清楚自己做的东西。 |
