trainer。
早餐是两块whole wheat bread 夹一个蛋白 + 牛奶(~200-350 clories)，午餐一个pret sandwich(400-530 clories)，晚餐吃一个苹果，1/3碗饭加一些蔬菜，估计< 500 calories。
我以前很少运动，所以自觉现在锻炼得已经够狠了，可是感觉进展缓慢，不是很满意。
5月21号早上量体重是144.4 lb，今天（5月28日）量是140.2 lb。
都8天了才降那么一点点，大家说我是不是还要再狠点？早上也要加入30-40分钟的运动？ |

我个人吃的是“传说”中的clean diet。
clean diet可以总结为这几点：
瘦肉：鸡胸，火鸡胸，瘦牛肉，白鱼
主食：squash，五谷杂粮，红薯紫薯，南瓜，芋头
蔬菜：新鲜蔬菜，深绿色为佳
脂肪：植物油脂为主，少量逃不掉的动物脂肪（比如说吃的肉里面带的）
调料：盐，胡椒，新鲜herb 就是无酱料，中国餐馆的brown sauce，老外的Alfredo通
通毙了！
减肥第一件事情就是Clean up diet，停止甜食，加工食品（薯片，罐头，长得跟地里
刨出来的时候完全不一个样子的），膨化食品，油炸食品
然后吃健康家常菜，吃到不饿，记录卡路里，不突然增加运动量，观察自己两个星期。
体重没变的话，这就是你的一天的代谢了。
体重轻了，恭喜，继续吃吧。
体重增加了，每天砍掉200卡，继续观察。
妹子们不要突然改变自己的饮食习惯，要给自己身体一段时间适应，比如说爱吃甜食的
，先改成吃以前的一半，然后慢慢越吃越少，用水果代替甜品。爱吃水煮鱼的，用清蒸

个顺手拿了就走的冲动。但抬头看天花板，可以看到摄像头，但这种冲动还是有的，而且
越来越强烈。
今早因为天凉了穿了件夹克，进去店后拿了个三文治，排队时我在最后，顺手把三
文治往夹克的大兜里一揣居然“全根尽没”了，当机立断转回拿三文治的地方迅速地又
拿起一
个放下，然后又拿起一个放下，然后装作没选中的样子朝门口走去，那么2～3秒想的是
尼玛我真的在做这件事吗？ 会有人拍一下我肩膀吗？然后就已经出门了，出门后带着
一丝
惊慌，同时带着一丝惊喜。
这种感觉很奇妙，其实三文治没几个钱，但它是个挑战，就是“你敢不花钱把它拿
出去吗”？
