律师刚刚发现说下来了，今天上午会FILE LCA. 说一下背景给大家参考。
办的时候律师说两三天到一个星期。后来说可能人家去度假了。我问能不能file LCA
without PWD, 律师的回答：
“While one can file an LCA without the prevailing wage, that is not
offering full protection to the company if there was an audit on their
premises. Therefore, it is our preferred course to wait for the wage to be
returned. I have not received any wages back since we last spoke. If I do
not receive yours by Thursday, I will consider filing without the wage.” |

呢？在flcdatacenter察看湾区level 2的工资已经将近120K了，level 1也有将近100k
。另外这个工资是只计算base还是按照whole package计算呢？如果是后者，package中
一些不好估价的部分如何计算呢？谢谢。
如果要从level 2的话好高啊，一般research scientist好像有不少达不到这个数阿。
可是看精华区又说一般level 1没法办EAD。虽然公司说给办H1b给办绿卡，但是有点不
确定这个level，所以怕被忽悠了，因此想请教下这个问题。谢谢。
