眼瞅着还有三个星期H1b就要过期了。真着急。

salary by a small margin because there are so many candidates to fill one
position. I think you should try to negotiate with HR but it is hard to
get much more.
On the other hand, websites such as glassdoor.com may give you some
thoughts about prevalent salary for your experience in the area, so that
you can adjust your expectation.

后的工资。
以上是听HR说的。
由此我的推断是，版上有些人的H1B很快就APPROVE了，而有些人要好几个月才批。是不
是前者的工资高，自然通过审核。后者申请时的工资不够，过几个月工资涨了一点，就
后来通过了？
纯属个人猜测。 |

contraindicates my view. However, based on the evidence that I can find,
BCG has some efficacy (See the end). My point is the following:
1. Since BCG has some efficacy, its use in countries where TB has high
prevalence is reasonable. It is cheaper than identifying and treating
everyone with latent TB. In fact, CDC considers BCG a useful vaccine for

帮楼主说下吧：这个叫Postpartum thyroiditis，一般产后一年内发病，首先表现可能
为甲亢，也可能甲减，继后发展成严重甲减。发病一般在产后1－4个月，甲亢期2－8个
星期，然后发展成甲减，甲减期可持续2周，最久6个月，以后甲状腺功能可以慢慢恢复
。有30％的女性停留在甲减期不恢复，需要终身服药，在甲减诊断的前6个月内，医生
一般会说 you might need take...rest of your life. （might=可能，不等于必需）
因为甲状腺激素是人体必需激素，在T4很低或者TSH很高的情况下，一般给予T4治疗。
70％妇女产后一年甲状腺功能恢复正常。30％需要长期替代治疗。（着30％的人在以后
也会部分恢复甲状腺功能）
这个和中医的治疗没有直接关系！

however, you will need to confirm there is actually aspergillus infection.
almost everyone inhale aspergillus spore everyday, so its presence in the
lung is not sufficient evidence there is aspergillus infection.

正文有点长，但自认为写的还算有条理，希望大牛耐心看完，帮忙分析下，bow
荨麻疹两周了，今天深圳一位主任医生看到症状也确认是荨麻疹
症状很规律的和进食有关，一般都在饭后10分钟内出现症状，持续若干小时后消失
一般而言，晚餐后最严重，早上空腹时完全无症状。
奇妙在于，和食物品种似乎关系不大
香蕉、咖啡、冬枣、食堂炒菜盖浇饭、冻柠茶等等
我因而觉得似乎不是事物本身直接引起的，我的身体似乎不会奇特到突然（之前三十年
从未出现）对如此多的食物品种过敏
我感觉他们的共性是糖，而糖快速吸收后给了体内的各种微生物突然的高营养，它们兴
奋之后，代谢副产物（或生物体本身）造成的过敏。
