她说你来做个产后1年的checkup吧。检查除了身高、体重、尿检外，还在阴道取了些组
织做lab(I guess)。结果之后不停地收到账单，我的保险是Empire UUP，一般都会

宫边疆是科班出身修汽车的。就是一生都在修汽车的人。所以他是能达到修车里面的
phd水平。就是知其然，知其所以然。
他是我在美国见过的最有水平的修车师傅。举个例子，一般人光知道某个轮胎磨的厉害
，就要做alignment。但是你再问他为什么做alignment可以解决这个问题。基本上都说
不出来。这就是硕士的水平。
宫边疆是有理论基础的。他就能指出轮胎的摩擦有滑动摩擦和滚动摩擦。其中滑动摩擦
会导致轮胎磨损过快。为了解决这个问题，就要做alignment。然后能说出alignment的
总结性语句：叫三倾一速。
总之是能从fundamental的角度，理论联系实际的来修车的一个人。
宫边疆的问题其实就是没有跟上时代的问题。这哥门喜欢用旧的parts给人修车。另外
，每次换东西都是能尽量少换就少换。
当然本意是为了给大家省钱。过去来的中国人，这套还是比较管用的。
现在很多人一年汽车开２万mile。那等于是旧的parts只能撑一年。
总之去的时候跟他把价格什么的讲清楚。要新的还是旧的。要全系统的修，或者叫

找到相关的文章了。如果从小就开始吃带花生成分的东西，长大后过敏的比例不到３％
，如果从小不吃花生，比例则是１７％！也就是５倍以上的差别。
即使是那些已经开始有轻微过敏的小孩，坚持吃花生的那一组，发展成为严重过敏的比
