And the Photo Enhancer, I think, is somehow separate from
the brower, you call it when you are going to use it. And it
will come out a separate window. So maybe this will not slow

Is the PS file fuzzy only on screen but prints okay, or is it fuzzy when
printed also?
If it is fuzzy only on screen, then you are looking at the low-res preview on
screen.
(Beware that some software programs don't know how to print a PS file, and
will print
the low-res preview image instead of the high-res vector graphics in the PS
file;
IrfanView is one such program.)

the viewer (whatever it is) often relies on the EPS having TIFF preview
data in it. It is possible that the BW PS printer driver didn't include TIFF
preview information in the EPS whereas the color PS PS printer driver did.

picture there? If it looks okay, it should be okay. You can
always look inside the final PS file with a text editor and see
whether EPS file is in there.
Here's a wild guess: the EPS file may have contained a preview
bitmap, which can be huge. Maybe dvips threw away the preview
but kept the actual printing code for the figure when it included
the EPS file.

CX5800F(一个多月前买的)。刚开始用得好好的，没有任何问题，但近日突然发现无论
打印什么文档，字体都会无故自动变大，因此最下面的文字经常打不出来（比如页码等
），而用preview等功能的时候又没有任何问题，所有的（包括页码）都能看得到，但
一打印最下面的一行（或半行）文字或者页码就打不出来，而且从整个页面来看，所有
的文字都向下移（与在preview中看到的相比）。
已经将打印机拆下来接到别的电脑上，安装驱动程序测试打印后发现没有任何问题，因
此基本可以肯定不是新买的打印机的问题。
现在初步怀疑是windows操作系统的问题或者HP笔记本的问题，也许是我在按键盘的时
候不小心按了什么组合键，不知不觉就启动了Windows或者HP笔记本自带的某种打印
magnify功能。搞了快一个礼拜，还是没能搞定这个问题，真是惨。
不知坛中哪位电脑大佬可以给点建议，帮我搞定这个问题，先谢了。 |

1) TeXnicCenter is the best free editor on Windows, but it doesn't handle
unicode very well. Texmaker is better choice. WinEdt is the best commercial
editor on Windows, at least in my opinion.
2) TeXshop is the default one if you install MacTeX on your Mac. It works
pretty well with preview.
3) Emacs might be your uncle if you are on Linux. Auctex and include latex-
preview makes it a good choice for TeX users. The later version of Emacs

而是可以直接在预览的dvi上编辑，所以才叫所见即所得编辑器。
linux下现在有个gummi，也只是单向live preview，但是是通过设置每秒钟自动编译这
种蠢到家的方式实现的，不比我用latexmk强。 |

，那东东比这个强在哪？不还是所谓的inline preview? inline preview连texstudio
都有。
bakomatex的预览格式是dvi的，牛的是这个dvi是可直接实时修改的，并且完全匹配最终的出版效果，如果你愿意，可以完全不用看source。it其实是个基于latex的word。所以也不是swp之类的可比的。

asf file to have a preview. On the preview screen, you can fast forward the

Figure". Click open that previewed
image, your fulltext pdf will open.

Endnote will give it a new file name, and copy it to a designated folder.
i.e., after that, you could delete your original file. |
