downtown office buildings, Houston public library downtown branch, and
either YMCA or the new 24hr Fitness (The Met Club is close by too, but it's
very pricey). There are plenty of restaurants and bars where young
professionals hang out. A very hopping area, and safety is not a big concern

Cantonese one in this area as far as I know. :) And, compared to others, it
is pricey; but that is the common sense.
As FYI,
家常菜 depends on what style:
For Cantonese, as said, Sampan Cafe > Canton Cafe 树记, Mui Kee 苗记, 永记;
For Sichun style, 成都小馆, 百味川 > 川菜香, 八方食府;
For more combines styles, 紫瑛轩 & 龙泉 (MaMa Wok);

up some spoon jig set up and not limited to those off-shell spoon product
which is normally pricey. I got a tip -- remove the end treble hook on Rat-L
-Trap and replace a spoon could be the killer on all kind of bass.
The tip on using "duo-luck snaps" instead of split rings is very good and

there are some good brands all carring ladies clubs, like Callaway,
Taylormade, Ping. Personally, I like Ping G5L better which is pricey tho,
like $890/set.
you can find some $100+ whole set at sportauthorirty, walmart, costco and so
on. just remeber to have the right shaft(graphite).
