on el camino. somewhere between scott and san tomas, it is not pricy and I

nice management and lake view, new building, but kind of pricy.
other good apt. around south lake union i know are illumina, equinox, and

be about 300 dollars a month, plus u cannot rent individual's because it is
not legal and that is how rental companies made money so you have to live
with the truth.
but you can look for carpool or sb drop you off and pick u up but still it
will be around that much per month ,but u do not need to pay the insurance
and with your own car, u have much more flexibility and quality of life.

school is OK, not bad. If you like new houses, there are some, but not many
in Eanes ISD, but pricy. Lake Travis ISD is a good ISD and Lake Travis HS is

salt lake. 300k can buy off a pretty good house in salt lake area.
For renting a apartment, you can cut into half price in salt lake compare
with the same level apartments in Jersey, i.e. $700 one bed room apartment
in salt lake VS $1400 one bed room apartment in central Jersey, but here is
newer and well modeled.
the best school district is by the U of U and Holladay. The realestate in
those area is still stable and pricy |

area probably cost 550-600/month with covered parking and bigger square feet

I would like still to recommend NSL areas---like woodcross and Bountiful.
But don't go further north. Since you work in the industry park, taking 215

F街有个海鲜餐厅叫做Ocenaire Seafood Room还有个意大利餐厅叫做tosca，都不远
稍微再远一点点15街有个法国餐厅叫做Gerards Palace
中餐周围最好的就是tony cheng中国城海鲜酒楼了 |
