limitations。
丑闻总是传得快，传得多。更何况确实给受害人很大的伤害了。但你如果看看比例，那
么多的神父，犯事的毕竟是少数。即便这样这种事情还是应该想办法杜绝。
Roman Catholic Church现在ordain一个神父都是经过非常严格的筛选。各种心理测试
和观察。有同性恋倾向的不会被通过。

一次的课的时候问了她们，不过没有得到特别满意的答复。
第一，关于priesthood authority，摩门教认为受洗后就会拥有最初级的authority,然
后这些authority的范围会随着信心的增加而扩大，比如可以用油涂抹病人，或者在
Temple里面seal marriage eternally。我的疑问是：这个authority是上帝给的，还是
教会的人给的。根据Sisters的解释，是教会的先知，得到上帝启示，做出的决定。换
言之，我理解为是上帝的意愿，那么，如何解释用油膏治病却不好，在temple里sealed
的婚姻最终离婚，这些常见的例子？上帝如果是全知全能的，为何会不兑现自己的
authority promise?
第二，关于先知。任何人自称为“先知”，正常人的第一反应，不是马上相信，然后下
跪乞求先知的祝福的指引。正常人的反应，应该是会问：“告诉我将来会发生什么”。
如果先知能够次次做出正确的预言，才有资格称得上是先知。圣经里面摩西是这样做的

我承认摩门教会的组织，的确是按照圣经里描述的那样，而其整个教会的组织十分系统
严密，运作的情况现在看来也是很不错的，有不断发展上升的趋势。
是的，有组织，就有权柄。但是关键的问题是，这个权柄是谁给的，是神，还是人。
Myelsa，你说“权柄只能出自上帝，人自己给自己权柄不算的。”着恰恰确是我的疑问
所在。如果是上帝授权的话，那人就应该像摩西一样，实现神的应许，能够代神行奇迹
。我知道奇迹的定义不是唯一的，我个人认为，如果涂油祷告，病就好了；在temple里
seal了，就永不会离婚；这些都可以算是奇迹。可惜的是，priesthood并没有能力做到
这些。换言之，正是这样我才会怀疑，是否Priest真的能和上帝交流，真的能够传达上
帝的旨意。
就像Brigham Young， 他是先知，如果我们认为他不是人选出来的，是上帝选出来的，
那么我们就得接受他娶50多个老婆也是上帝授意这个事实。这个, just doesn't feel

上的人.我有个很好的朋友,她原来是摩门. 她结婚后被老公虐待,她跑去和bishop哭诉.
Bishop居然说so what? 她最后离婚退出了摩门教. 她对我说摩门教的许多教义都是很
歧视女性,歧视其他种族的. 摩门教里女人只是男人的附属品.女人的主要责任就呆在家
里生很多孩子. 只有男人才有资格去变成 member of priesthood. 魔门的女人如果不
跟魔门的男人结婚,是不能办法进入celestial kingdom的. 还有几个差不多的女的也是
离婚后退出摩门教会的.
耶证我不太了解,感觉也是个很狂热的宗教. 正规的基督教会(不包括天主教)是不会
excommunicate人的.每个基督徒对教义的理解都不同, 基本上美国每个Christian
University所教导的跟别的都不是完全一致. 但是对于教义理解的不同, 不应该成为被
excommunicate的理由. |

knowledge and faith has increased, but when I asked in secret prayer
, I was Bathed in the Holy Ghost with a conformation of the truthfulness of
this Gospel, it's leaders and the book of Mormon. I would never dare deny
the work and the Kingdom of God, in this Church and among his Priesthood
holders, God's anointed prophets.
