也不能缺少谁。男人是领头的，但是需要谦卑，温和的领导方式，是要甘愿为其他人牺
牲的。我亲眼见过比如搬家的时候，越是在教会领头的，干的越多，圣职不是高高在上
光说不动的，是为人服务的。
妇女会也有自己的会长团，自己的活动，我们最近有两次，一次是做了百多条被子捐给
当地医院，还有姐妹自己的野营。LDS妇女可以带领会众祷告，当众发表演讲，见证，
妇女会自己的聚会都很热烈的发言，说实话，我第一次去妇女会聚会的时候，很让我吃
惊，给我留下的了很深刻的印象：

段，共计三个小时。第一个阶段主日学，成人在一切，青年在一起，小孩在一起。
第二个阶段是各自的聚会，按照性别分开，小孩子不分的好像。
第三个聚会是全会众在一起，无论大人孩子都在一起，聚会都是有教友分别被按立呼召
之后组织的，很有秩序。
