seduction pattern）

鼠类动物？），meerkat属于Order Carnivora（食肉类动物？），Order Rodentia属于
Superorder Euarchontoglires（中文叫灵长类总目），人和各种primates都属于这个
superorder的。Order Carnivora属于Superorder Laurasiatheria（中文叫劳亚兽总目
，我都觉得好古怪的名字），鲸鱼海豚马河马鹿老虎狮子都是属于这个superorder的。
所以Ground hog &Prairie dog和meerkat的亲戚关系，大约与人类和鲸鱼亲戚关系相当
？老鼠与狮子亲戚关系相当？

三不猿
这个周末是美国的独立日，从周四一直放假到下周一。突然多出这一大把时间，我实在
不知道该怎样去用，就只好跑到附近的芝加哥去看免费美术博物馆。那里面收藏了不少
东亚的作品。印象最深刻的是一幅日本画，叫《三不猿》。上面有三只猴子，呈半蹲姿
势，第一只用手捂着耳朵，第二只用手捂住嘴巴，第三只用手蒙着眼睛。光看图我没法
懂这画的意思，仔细读了说明，才知道，原来这三只猴子分别代表了“不看”，“不说
”还有“不听”。论其出处，竟可追溯到孔夫子那句：非礼勿言，非礼勿听，非礼勿视。
对于孔老夫子的教诲，我没有太大兴趣。我和许多人一样，凡心盛炽。我想看、想说、
想听还来不及呢。让我感兴趣的倒是画上那三只神态各异的猴子。以我这种对美术门外
汉的眼光来看，那画实在不错，至少把猴子的体态和动作表现的活灵活现。我想，这位
东洋画者一定是对猴子仔细观察过了——说不定还朝夕相处过呢。
一幅画有吸引力的地方，在不同的人眼中往往会千差万别。有人会被画中人物蕴藏在一
个表情中的灵魂所吸引，有人会被大自然在不经意的一瞬流露出的悲怆所震撼，有的人
干脆是被那幅出自某位素昧平生的画者唤起了内心深处的回忆。

苹果公司在用户不知情的情况下，暗自将电池老化的iPhone处理器的速度调慢，这样的
做法已经在美国遭到起诉。苹果公司被指违反消费者权益相关法律。
率先发起诉讼的是加州的两名iPhone 7的用户，他们起诉苹果损害了用户的知情权，擅
自干涉用户的设备，对他们造成经济方面的损失，并且要求苹果予以赔偿。
此后，又有芝加哥和北加州的多名苹果用户向地方法院提起诉讼，称苹果公司的做法是
“具有欺骗性和不道德的”，违反了美国消费者权益保护法。
美国跑分系统Geekbench 4软件的开发者，Primate Labs创始人John Poole是第一个发
现并且证明苹果电池老化会影响到CPU处理器速度的人。起初Poole以为，伴随着锂电池
的衰退，处理器的性能也会衰减。但是后来他们发现，一些旧版iPhone手机用户在更换

1. 生物进化（略）
另，这本书还苦口婆心的花了不少篇幅驳斥所谓的“科学创造论”，
可见美国反进化论的势力之顽固。
2. 人类族谱
从进化分类上来讲，人类属于：
动物界 Animalia
脊索动物门 Chordata
脊椎动物亚门 Vertebrata
哺乳动物纲 Mammalia
灵长目 Primates
人科 Hominidae
人属 Homo
智人种 Homo sapiens
这也是进化树上人类的来源结构。
书中介绍了很多我们的从远到近的“表亲”的一些性质，非常有可读性。
随便挑几个：
最早的灵长目动物是生活在树上的，但是后来有少数下地了，跟我们
的“常识”不一样，人类不是唯一在地面生活的灵长目动物，比如说狒狒也是
地面生活的，而且猩猩们大部分时间是在树下度过的
黑猩猩是和人类基因距离最小的动物。这两者之间的基因距离大致上
相当于家猫和狮子的基因 |
