This will be my first official century.
I have done five of them unofficially, all on a pancake flat trail I
normally need 8 hours to complete 100 miles, yes, I am supper slow.
Climbed on Mt. Hamilton (elevation gain is 4,000+ft in 25 miles) once in
last July...
Did a charity 75K ride 2 years ago (Tour De Cure California), overall, not
much experience ride with a big group...nor ride with busy traffic :-(

发帖数: 254 | 21 100mile的course profile看不了，看了下100K的。我觉得这个course的关键在于爬坡
。。。
11到14mile之间，爬升900ft; 47-48之间有个470ft的爬升。这两个都比较狠。自己节
奏掌握住了，一开始一定要hold住。这两个坡慢慢爬，尽力。如果实在不成，还可以推
上去。
另外，一定要骑行中补充能量，这个很关键。
有大坡的100mile和平地的不是一个概念。但是骑起来应该会更有趣。Enjoy！ |
