不是【现在】女孩读书很厉害，自古以来，一直是女孩在小时候读书很厉害，因为女孩
青春期之前，比较乖，听话，
国内尤其明显，从中学以后，才开始拉出差距了，男孩才开始成绩上去了，到了大学，
女孩就没剩几个了，特别是理工科学校，男女比例一直是8：1以上，清华北大更惨了，
女生成绩不好，都考不上啊
这就是为何美国大学看成绩，只看高中段，前面的都不看，因为对男孩没法公平
而且很多大学只看高二和高三的成绩，高一的都不看，因为男孩子在刚上高中的时候，
还是大部分都没开始认真学 |

中国人总是喜欢听恭维的话，而不去看背后的深层原因
你们用脑子好好想想，自律的孩子有很多，我相信负责的的父母有很多，如果这个家长
并没有说出什么特别的push计划，甚至都没怎么教，这只能有两种可能：
1） 女儿是个天才，但你看不到这样的描述
2） 女儿下的功夫比别人多，这里面还有两个深层原因
i) 家长管的比较严
ii）自己对数学有个特殊的爱好
但我更倾向于2）里面的i），因为自己对数学有特殊爱好的，这个女孩现在的数学水平
就不会还是6年级了，应该是差不多高中一年的水平，虽然她读的是6年级，这种例子，
在我们那个年代就比比皆是了，比如科大少年班，就13岁直接上大学了，
根本不是新鲜事，
所以，你们看帖子，要思考一下，不要人云亦云的跟风追捧 |

别的在我离开以后就是Chief Scientist，就是一个光杆司令，如果是GE的Principal
Scientist那就牛屄了 |

如果他还report给他原来的经理，或者更高一个层级的经理，还有意义。如果不是，比
如就是到了下边一个部门或组当principal engineer，太丢脸了。

小弟近期有个accident,停车场倒车刮蹭到后面的行驶的车辆。保险公司判定我全责。
（我说后面的车超速了，保险公司说没有摄像头无法判定）
今天收到保险公司的文档 titled with
Notice of Determination of Principally At-Fault for Accident
Notice of Intent Not to Pursue Subrogation
说damage超过$1000,而且我超过51%的责任。
1.说保费会涨
2. 说可以提出申诉 to be decided by another agent
3. 说driver需要submit a Traffic Accident Report (SR1) to the California
Department of Motor Vehicles.
4. not be pursuing subrogation
请问板上老司机们，
对于2，申诉还有没有可能逆转?
对于3，是保险公司会帮我们submit，还是需要我自己做。做了是不是就不是clean
title了？
