其实，PAYOFF最简单的方法，就是写一张超过所欠MORTGAGE的CHECK直接把银行打晕。多余的钱，银行会在45天内返还的。但是为了减少麻烦，大部分人会打电话给银行或ONLINE查询，要PAYOFF STATEMENT。STATEMENT上会给出准确的PAYOFF AMOUNT。TRICK就在这里，在要PAYOFF STATEMENT之前，你应该先付一次MORTGAGE把PRINCIPAL尽量付清，留个一两块的BALANCE就行了。
为什么要这么做？我举个例子，比较一下你就清楚了。假设你的PAYOFF DATE是10号，
