我们已经一起递了485，我是主申请人，但是485收据上面Priority Date写的是2011年
请问这种情况下， 我们可以把485的Priority Date从新Link到2008年吗?
有什么问题吗?
这样做的主要目的是加快申请 |

16号），Tracking number显示才送达Illions 州！而且五天内status才更新一次。现
在都不知道package在何处。15号打电话给USPS，被告知用Truc运输，我问为什么一开
始estimation time是两天，现在这么久了廖无音讯，对方答，Priority mail 没有任
何guaranteed。那两天只是一个估计，送不到毫无办法。对方说，你打电话给我，查到
的信息和你自己查到的信息是一样的 ...无语阿
我原来以为Po box无法用express，现在才知道，FedEX和UPS确实无法快递到Po box，
但是USPS的Priority Mail Express是可以的。提醒大家以后多花一点钱，使用USPS的
Priority Mail Express，guarantee 两天内到达！ |

移民局自动将我的eb1a的case和我的niw case link在一起了，所以我eb1a 140批准件
上的Priority date是2014年12月。我想知道的是，这priority date是不是只是决定递
交485的时间 （e.g.,万一递交时间倒退了的情况），像我这种情况，485已经递交了
priority date是不是就没什么用了呢？现在tsc的485 processing time是1月14号，我
可以用这个2014年的priority date去找本地议员催case吗，还是说必须要received
date超过processing time 才能去找议员呢？谢啦！ |

请问如果公司可以给办PERM或者NIW,走哪一个可能拿到更早的priority date.
我的担心是PERM没准会被audit, 不知道audit会不会影响priority date, 如果最终还
是会通过的话。NIW我比较担心准备材料推荐信很麻烦，可能要用不少时间，可能反倒
比办PERM的priority date更晚。

个resource是priority，一个是mutex，结果两个process分别拿到一个resource。
2个的问题只要H process不busy waiting而是yield就解决了（或者priority
inheritance），这样L完了之后释放mutex然后H再run。
但是3个的问题H只是yield解决不了，L还是不能运行（因为middle一直在运行），所以
mutex不能释放，这样就只能priority inheritance才能解决。
所以我觉得3个应该才是最经典的问题 |

add 2 already or not, If you did and they didn’t received the passes

要在浦东机场呆几个小时，有国际机票 （菲律宾cebu pacific）, 用priority pass可
以进哪个 lounge?
另外，要在首都机场呆几个小时，有国航国内机票, 用priority pass可以进哪个
lounge?
我从来没有进过lounge。有citi prestige, chase sapphire reserve and
American express 的priority pass。 两个大人可以进去吗？
请指点。

发帖数: 1119 | 49 这几天都快急死了，2月11日寄的一箱子衣服和鞋子回国，用的是USPS Priority mail
International寄的，但是箱子是自己的，一大箱，有15磅，保险也没有买。到今天已
经11天了，网上的记录还只处在我投递当地邮局接收的状态，后面就一直再也没有更新
过了。打了几次客服电话，只说让我等，也没说要帮我查查到底怎么回事。我真怕包裹
刚送到邮局就被丢了。刚才有个客服居然还说我寄的USPS Priority mail网上是没有更
新记录的，只有expree才有记录。但我前2个星期刚寄了一箱，不过用的是USPS
Priority middle flat box，那个网上每天都有更新记录的，而且第7天就已经收到了
。难道用自己的箱子就没有记录了？还是包裹真被他们搞丢了，所以根本就没有记录了
。。。。。 |

usps priority mail flat rate envelop，寄望中国内地一省会城市，一个月了还没到
。以前寄的平信，priority mail, express mail，包裹和信件，最慢的都3周到。请问
是不是寄丢了？另外海关只查包裹吗，还是也会查信？心理好怕怕，谢谢！ |
