distribution about beta has two choices:
1. 假设beta为gamma distribution, 这样可以满足non-negative的假设。 同时data
做成normal distribution, the posterior distribution 就可以做成上面两个的相乘
，但是要想知道beta到底是什么distribution，很难因为他们两个distribution的相乘
很难转变成现有已知的distribution的样子，而且还要加上beta>0的假设。

anticipate才行。但是如果是double patenting的话，你只需要file一个terminal
disclaimer就可以了啊。terminal disclaimer就是填张表格，走个形式。
你可以把AIA下面的102(b)(2)(C) 理解为pre-AIA里面的103(C)的扩大版。Pre-AIA的
103(c)说的是如果任何的prior art是通过pre-AIA的102(e),(f),(g)而成为prior art
的，那么只要applicant证明这个102efg prior art和自己的application有common
ownership，那么这些prior art就不能作为103 rejection的prior art。 （但是仍旧

假设你的application仅有一个claim，是这么写的：A device comprising A，B，C，
and D。
攻略分支一：examiner发现一个prior art。重点是：A'BC在prior art的
specification里面出现了，但是prior art的claim里面并没有A'BC, 只有D。（<--看
我看我！这句是重点！！）这个时候，examiner是102rejection的。这个时候他看不看
有没有common ownership其实没有关系。因为有没有common ownership，他发的都是
102rejection。而applicant拿到102 rejection以后，有common ownership的，就提交
132 declaration证明给examiner说我们有common ownership。
攻略分支二：examiner发现一个prior art。重点是：A'BCD都在这个prior art的claim
