国，另一个说要去uscis local office再来一个stamp。郁闷。。。绿卡还是在being

关于RFE
主申请人要EVL（从11月底J 签证过期失业到2月初）和出生证明，副申请人要J2 EAD期
间工作的合法性。
副RFE的情况有点复杂，找了律师。
主申请人相对容易，EVL提交了offer letter（2月1开始），刚写完的两片manuscripts
，几个review的邀请信（没有thank you letter，因为没有完成。。）。出生证明比较
奇怪，开始提交的就是4页标准的出生公证，律师也觉得奇怪，分析说可能是封面没有f

另外： 看485 TIMELINE， 发现很多都是只有765 approved, 131没有更新，但是最后

老司机帮忙看看，这个正常吗？为什么没有combo卡？会收到131吗？
还有，指纹都没打。
顺便问下，拿到131后，如果eb1a类的辞职了，暂时无工作，还能拿131回来么？

老板比较急，等着LD拿EAD好回来上班，上周就联系了2个senator加上1个congressman
，三个人都同意给催，动作还挺快的，第二天就收到信让填privacy release form.
Jan. 13,第一个senator回信说USCIS说了，LD不满足加急条件，他还会继续关注的。希
望下边信息对大家有帮助：
Current processing time for Form I-765, Application for Employment
Authorization or Form I-131, Application for Alien Relative, is August 3,
2016 at the Texas Service Center.
Jan. 13，同一天，congressman回信说USCIS说可以加急，已经给officer了，15天没消
息在联系。
