你们就以为只有IT才有bonus， stock么？。。。。我老婆做HR的， 每年也是15-20%的
bonus， 每年还stock refresh。。。 在药厂做的人， 做满三年， 还有pension， on
top of 401K。。。 也从来没看见过其他profession的人，硬把115K， 搞成200K的。
。。

我谈起收入的时候， 基本只谈 工资。。。只有在这个版上IT猥琐男谈工资， 什么都
谈了进去
如果按照你们这样谈工资的话， 在merck， phyzer,药厂干的这么多中国人， 把bonus
， pension都算进去的话， 这收入要比IT高多了。。。。 为什么生物男还要转行？！ |

profession， base也比115K高， bonus， stock的也有， 但没人一天到晚报整个“
package”的。。。 把package调在嘴皮上， 好像是IT wsn的特征。。。
2） 我以前有个朋友， 就是生物到药厂的。。 药厂里， 也是一批中国人。。。没觉
得进药厂， 有多难。。。 |

我老婆是传统industrial的HR。。人家一毕业， 先是global leadership那种program
， 就是公司的世界的不同的部门， 到处rotate一下。 一年后， 就开始每年stock

而且， 人家的profession是越老越值钱， IT呢。。。

后来公司买了MSDN就又装了个profession，在家干活用
现在想做点自己的事情，不想跟公司有任何瓜葛
结果发现社区版点进去还是社区版
但是给我登陆成公司的账号，license也成了MSDN subscription，这也太傻了吧
要是删除账号，我的professional版又不能用了
本来想工作用C#，自己做事也用C#可以省点学习成本
这下还是用kotlin得了 |

think that accounting is a best profession for females. Easy work and large
job market and more valuable when you get older. Although at the beginning
it is hard to get a job if you do not have greed card, but eventually
everything will be better.
Here is part of the job compensation.
They are open to a six figure income and last year they paid the manager a
70% bonus (they guarantee a 50%) and the 401(k) Plan employer |

按：本文是上个月写给 NIU 会员的。如果懒得看全文，可以提前告诉你结论是：EB2
占用 EB3 名额虽然字面上是不违背移民法条文的，但是目前实行的联邦规定不允许这
样做。如果有 EB2 的人愿意争取 EB3 的“剩余”名额的话（如果有），可以尝试从这
里面做文章。
根据移民法规定，在一个国家 EB/FB 总额不足 7% 时，所有类别的排期都和 ROW 一样
，也就是说可以在任意类别中占用任意多名额，只要总量不超过 7%。而一旦总量超过
7%，即变成 "oversubscribed" 国家，在排期中，是该国家至少有一个类别排期早于该
类别 ROW。但是，要求 oversubscribed 国家所有类别都受到 7% 限制，这就显得不够
合理了。
从本期 Visa Bulletin 来看，EB2 成为中国大陆唯一一个排期早于 ROW 的类别。

不了解。一个Profession那多少钱和这个Profession的Risk是有对比性的。几乎所有那
高薪的工作都有High Risk。而且我真没觉得我们的工资很高。这就是为什么Tech挣钱
少，因为他们没有一点Risk。
如果你是个好Pharmacist，你就知道这个没法电子化。。。除非你就是个没头脑的人，
Prescriber写什么，你就发什么。
我在VA实习的时候也自己给病人看过病（关于Diabietes），Order Lab，和write Rx。
。。也就那么回事儿。按某些人的看法，那PCP挣得钱也太多了。
还有，什么样的病人都有。。。我每天会遇到各种各样的问题。。。不关是因为他们不
想去看医生还是一些小问题需要帮助。我想看看电脑干这些事儿。 |

one BEST profession, but only the right fit for each individual. While you
should be happy for yourself for finding the best fit as a statistics
professor, this does not give you any right to discriminate against any
other profession. The mere fact that you are comparing your trade with other
profession shows your insecurity deep down. |

than a quarter century, mostly at Boston, Massachusetts. I am familiar with
medical field in Taiwan and biological field in US, somewhat with medical
and legal fields in US.
We have no idea what you describe yourself is true or not. As they say, "On
