现在登陆就说local profile坏了，只能用guest/admin登陆，请问local profile可以

困扰我很久了：不论是 auctex 还是 planner 等等，凡是用颜色比较多的，总有一
种颜色和 terminal 的背景色冲突，不是看不见，就是贼费眼。
suppose 这帮人在调试的时候用的 terminal 的 color profile 一定不会和他们设
的颜色冲突。想知道他们用得是什么 profile。
大家都是怎么解决这个问题的呢？

gprof", it implies that
"BUT ALSO something else could be profiled by gprof".
The something else includes at least "line by line
profiling", "block counting" etc.
I could hardly understand why you are saying like
that. Don't omit important words like "NOT" in your
statements if you did not intend to mislead the reader!!!

profiling有点太间接了。对照不仅仅是loading的总蛋白量或总RNA量，我觉得细胞数
才是重要的。因为我在那个回帖中说了，核糖体数目或活性受到影响细胞生长会受到影
响。细想，比用总蛋白或总RNA做profiling，得到的pattern完全一致也是可能的。但
你用相同细胞数来作核糖体蛋白滴定，核糖体少的当然就是信号弱了，一个WB或一个
northern试验就够了。 |

也就是说，检测中的一类错误是，一个人的DNA不相符，结果检测成相符（可靠度）；
二类错误是，一个人的DNA相符，却检测成不相符（灵敏度）。
如果是要提高可靠度，就是要最大限度的减少一类错误的概率，也就是统计学里所说的
Neyman–Pearson准则，设定一类错误的概率必须少到极点，然后再降低二类错误的概
率。这样就是避免冤枉一个人。
所以这就涉及到，刑事检验里的DNA profiling的检验概率设定阈值是多少了。是千分
之一？万分之一？有没有懂行的id给普及一下？
假设设定的概率是千分之一，就意味着，1000个人里面，会有一个人的DNA本来不相符
，但是却被误判为DNA相符。
另外，现在涉枪案都不用做弹道检测了？只靠指纹和DNA就行？还是这次是特事特办呢？

我在自己的 laptop 上 下载 安装了 itune ， 将 iPhone 4s 和 laptop 连在一起
然后 in itune 选择 photos 文件夹 然后 sync ， 可是 wechat 在 sync 的
photos 文件夹 里找不到照片， 它是 PNG 格式。
Any help would be appreciated. |
