些 feature/gene expression 作为 input 的。比如说 OntoType DX, MammaPrint DX,
PAM50，等等。对于这种应用，往往需要 microarray, small microarray 甚至 PRC。
成本低，定量准。RNA-seq 在这类应用中，质次价高，很难有商业市场。
第二类 prognostic model 是基于更全面的 molecular profiling 和部分基于机理的
模型。依然的，microarray 完胜 RNA-seq。
RNA-seq 的优势是可以发现全新的，未知的 transcripts，所以对 research 而言很有
价值。一旦这些 transcripts 的作用清晰了（不管是统计意义上的还是机理意义上的
），就可以设计相应的 probe 用 microarray 或者 qPCR 来定量测量。
