现在要开始做TUNEL了（同一咱tissue），用的是Roche的in situ cell death detection kit，里面提到15ug/ml proK在25-37度下5-30分钟。
想知道如果知道了brdu中，用20ug/ml prok消化10min可以的话，在TUNEL中也用这个条
件行吗（20ug/ml会不会太harsh）？还是试比如15ug/ml proK 37度下 15-20min？
我觉得20ug/ml prok消化10min 应该可以，不过实验室的人不是很同意，说还是用15ug
/ml.。

Weekday, I can control myself wayyyyyyy better than weekend. If I don't put
some pack on during the weekend;that is a huge win. But usually, that is not
the case.
Today:
no breakfast, b/c I ate too much
Lunch: 1lb blueberry
dinner: prok ribs+ egg plant + a bowl of rice
Run: 2 miles in the morning
Lunch break: core toning ( 45 min) |

noir其实是一种葡萄的名字，以这种葡萄酿造的酒都叫pinot noir，只是有不同的国
家和地区，不同的品牌。一般的lively reds最好买来后，在两年内喝掉，唯一的例外
是很好的pinot noir，可以保存30年。喝的时候，最好一点点的chilled，30分钟冰箱
里或十分钟的冰水里。可搭配的食物是light meats，如BBQ meats，roast prok/fish
等等。
