immediately after delivery. But only a few have severe prolapse after 6
weeks. Just go to see your OB in 6 weeks.
Exercise is the best way to recover. Bedrest has more risks than ambulation. |

的肌肉收缩能够治疗好，mm别担心，如果要手术治疗的都是年龄很大，pelvic的肌肉已
经失去功能或者有其他创伤。
不过自然生产确实是引起prolapse的一个重要原因，这个已经临床证明了，曾经在生产
相关手术材料的公司工作，公司里市场部的女同事全都选择c了，就是因为见多了这种

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我，伤害我的，但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部，胸部 和胃部，我就把这几部分的医生都曝光，受害者慢慢去调
查，追查他们吧。

请问应该吃什么药可以缓解？网上有很多中药方子，身处中西部大农村很难找全，所以
难以实现。请问西医建议吃什么药？有非处方药可以吃吗？上医院描述病情，是rectal
prolapse吗？

the hospital where you suppose to deliver the baby. One of the risk factor
for rupture of membrane is cord prolapse, which is very dangerous. Staying
at home is not a good choice.

我生孩子是二度撕裂，缝的三针被睡眼惺忪的值班OB缝漏两针（一针漏缝表皮层，一针
连肌肉层都缝漏了），考虑到拆开来重新缝太遭罪，我的OB建议我等等。我就这样跟以
前在家里自然产的旧式妇女一样，足足拖了8周（走路那叫一个遭罪，简直只能过挪，
躺着也不得劲），总算屁股争气，居然自己长起来了，可是总觉得会阴变短了，而且至
今未敢过夫妻生活。
产后我的月子也做得潦草，很早就加入洗衣做饭提水给孩子洗屁股扛娃等家务劳动，主要我妈一个人实在忙不过来，老公又只休到一周的假。
后来我就老觉得耻骨疼，后腰疼，站久了走多了就觉得下面坠涨，看看阴道口又似乎没
什么，而且睡一晚又好了；所以开始我们都没在意。
终于有一天我妈想到可能是子宫轻度下垂，我上网一查，看到其后果和图片，吓到了。
就开始吃补中益气汤，做胸膝卧位，Kegel exercise；又赶忙去看医生。结果我的OB（
老白）检查后只说：the baby really took a toll on you，没有直接回答我关于子宫

她觉得胎头太低了，但是宫口还没有开，有点少见，立刻给安排了一个B超
B超的结果确实是胎头偏低，但是还不到crazy low的程度……
医生还说到时候生产过程会很快，让我最近要小心，但也没说需要卧床休息
我理解着这就代表有早产的可能吧？

babe constantly taking Chinese med thru these time? I think the doctor put
like 9g for each of the ingredient listed. I saw the person who filled the
med for me. She did not weigh but just pick and put every thing in even. She
recommend me to take the pill cause it will help my problem better I guess. |

。 怀了很久才怀上的。 七手八脚赶快移到手术间， epidural加了lidocaine. 只有一
个OB赶到， 没有prep, 没有scrub. 直接就开腹了。 我也带上手套帮着把胎儿硬拖了
