经过多天的咨询，调查。基本清楚了。
当时，我们入escrow的credit绝对可以比$3000多。可当时他们讲最多只能放那么多，
剩下的给支票，当时已经为后来的这些事埋下了伏笔。我们太信任他们，结果这一点反
而被人利用。想想其实在close之前，我们的agent已经不管我们的case还有什么问题，
是不是能按时close。满脑子都是她的comission。close 两个多月了，一会推托，一会
又40%的税，一会又说lender给的那10% tolerance cure 的refund也是他的comission
。剩下的还不知道到何时，给不给，给多少。接下来我想我需要整理证据，了解步骤，
为下一步做准备了。
非常感谢版上的热心朋友，agent,broker的帮助，让我在被忽悠的晕头转向的时候，又
帮我清醒了。

几个月出的bonus，比去年一年都多。而Amex基本一个都没有出，唯一一个算是好的就
spg的25000点，比去年的3w点简直是差太多了。基本所以拿到bonus点数的，都是靠
match，或者是所谓的target。
我是8月份match上的，当时是Amex的cs promise的，既然是promise，既然他们的cs是
所谓的representive，那就是代表的银行，我想不出来这种情况和target还有什么区别。
再说了，在这里混的也不要把自己和银行想的有多高尚，来这里还不就是想到银行多搞
点bonus，银行出promotion，还不就是想多拉点客户，但是既然你是promise了，那就
应该issue。

。他是不错，肯干活。当然相对要求也高。可是他的最大问题就是面子薄。工作上从来
不会偷懒耍滑。几天前promise我要早回来帮我做晚饭（我晚上7点左右要开始给娃洗澡
，喂奶，娃大概下午5-6点就开始比重较fussy，不好带，离不开。他也是觉得我还在喂
奶，要吃好点，所以答应尽量早回来帮我做晚饭）。可是现在越回来越晚。经常同事找
他有事就绊住了。我对他的promise并不能完全指望。昨天他老板也跟大家知会了，说
他们最近要赶工，expect加班。。。我心里听着就知道他的promise八成又要泡汤了。
我不是个悲观的人，但是很多事情我是喜欢做最坏打算以后想好对策就不慌了的。所以
我跟他提雇个按小时算钱的helper晚上帮我看一下娃，顺便做做卫生。我也可以有帮手
给娃洗澡。万一他不会来我也可以给自己准备一下简单的饭菜。 -- 可是他说没必要，
他会尽量回来的。。我最怕这“尽量”二字。对我来说，就是有可能不会来的意思呀。
