9月份才送到。收到后一个星期没看到rewards，打电话crs告诉我等等会show up.于是
等了1个星期，还没看到。
于是又打电话，告诉等1－3天rewards team会给我答复。答复却是告诉我这个包不包括
在promotion里，所以没有rewards。又打电话要求return, crs请示上层后说我的
包qualified for 100% rewards promotion,告诉我2－3天后rewards team会联系我把rewards补上去。
今天rewards team答复包不qualify promotion,而且无法补rewards。于是打电话要求退－－－税后快300
刀了，没promotion谁要这个破包。哪知道CRS告诉我今天过了30天退货期，现在已经不

GOOGLE都要给我停止使用的帐户发个一两次"Try AdWords again with $100 in free

注意这个不是开户的$100Promotion Code, 是让你从新使用的Promotion Code.开户的

2。过去一年track of record应该算很不错。
我带的team，用半年时间做完了非常关键的几个项目，老板和大老板已经多次公开表扬
。这个基本上在整个公司也算得上record。而且对老板自己的promotion应该是起了至
关重要的作用。
3。我之前从未主动和公司要求过raise或者promotion。这能算个理由么？

CDS，然后pcr clean-up后把两者混合起来再分别用promoter的forward primer + gene
reverse primer做pcr，可是TA cloning后总不对，跑胶后看到合适大小的带也很弱，
我的pcr混合产物作了1:10 dilution。gene CDS is around 3.5 kb, promoter is 1.5
kb.是不是太长了？请指教！如果用gDNA序列太大了，以后也不好做。。。-- |

例如再加一个promoter的repeat，我还是如法炮制，总是不灵，PCR终产物始终没有我

现在的情况是Due to somehow reason, 始终找不到reliable/active 的U6 promoter。

多有什么new grads 500 off啊，限时1000 off之类的promotion，想请教下大家：
1)从哪些渠道可以获知这些promotion的活动呢？
2)一般是在和dealer要到最低价位后再apply这类优惠么？ 比如MSRP 20K的车，和
dealer最后谈到了OTD 19K，然后再提出1K off的promotion，最后实际应付价就是18K？
