的严重程度和花费都没经验，昨晚在网上搜了一些相关资料，但还是有很多拿不准的，
想请教版上的xdjms给看看，（知道不可能让卖家全部或者大部分cover，）怎么选择要

以下，不是医学院训练的，如何给病人家属谈话的module，如果说得这样细致，可能就
不会有人再做手术和麻醉。
conclusion：没有人可以给你打保票。
任何全身麻醉，都potentially有生命危险，尤其在口腔外科、颌面外科，没有任何人
能够保证100%安全。主要的危险是aspiration，因为呼吸道不在麻醉手里，需要和外科
share呼吸道，而且外科还有irrigation，还有bleeding。麻醉的风险，永远是存在的。
你的小儿是否还有其他口腔颌面部的畸形，你并没有提到，如果有，这些都和麻醉手术
风险非常相关。幼儿的功能残气FRC很小，给麻醉医生的margin of error非常小。在
我们麻醉领域，只有2种人，第一种是hate做小儿麻醉，另一种是love小儿麻醉，不存
在第三种对此无所谓的麻醉大夫。
你说的，是不是医生和你谈话，告诉你要做nasal intubation？还是说只是nasal
prongs？

现在很苦恼啊，不知道情况什么时候能够好转。
简单说，两只狗，一只养了5年，一只养了4年；两只猫，养了三年多快四年；新生宝宝
，两个多月。
有宝之前，每天遛狗，我和LD一人牵一只；晚上看电视时，陪狗玩，拽绳子扔玩具神马
的。猫在腿上或身边睡觉、舔毛，我们给抓痒，晚上猫和我们睡，一只睡LD腿边儿，一
只睡我头顶儿。大家很和谐很美好。
有宝之后，现在宝宝睡自己的小床，但和我们睡一个卧室。
首先，医生说猫不能进卧室，因为他们会被宝宝嘴边的奶味吸引去舔；而且如果他们对
宝宝很友好睡在宝宝身边，对宝宝也比较危险。所以，猫猫们晚上被关在卧室外边，我
家猫还不错，挠了几宿门后终于接受不能和我们睡的事实了。

年初交的140，一个月前收到RFE，一个星期前交的补充材料，今天批的。不是牛人
，一作三篇，二三作七八篇，引用加起来二十多个，几个review文章的邀请，常见的会
员，国内专利三个，米国俩还在pending。140推荐信模板都是从版上下载的，有需要的
同学自己搜索就行。特别注意了一下，每封信采用不同的开头结尾，有不同的侧重点（
比如偏学术创新的，偏应用前景广阔，偏国际影响等等），使用不同的字体。
一个月前收到的RFE，内容是这样的：
Please either submit copies of any published articles by other
researchers citing or otherwise recognizing your research and/or a copy of

Paragraph2，文件清单。Alien甲打算用以下文件佐证自己的申请。
Argument部分：
(I)Alien甲具有Advance Degree，自身的学历研究背景介绍，所有你认为证明你牛的地
方都可以放在这儿。
(II)Apply the three prong test
a. You work in an area of substantial intrinsic merit
b. Your work will benefit the nation as a whole
c. National interest would be adversely affected if a Labor Certification
were required for the alien
Conclusion: 重复一下你的开场白。鉴于理由很充分，Alien甲申请国家利益豁免应该

Staples.
To punch your docs, I would recommend to use a professional service. It will
only cost you a few bucks (<5$). The result is much better. |

忙了十几天，终于收齐了体检和出生证明等等材料，今天用Prong Fastener装订了两份
材料（我的和LD的），由USPS priority + delivery confirmation 把485,131,765给
寄出了。花了12刀（我的材料居然有 2lb. 14oz.,快赶上I-140的材料了~~）
接下来就是漫长的等待了，还好我们这种在学术圈混的，不用太担心会丢掉工作或H1b
的名额不够。。。
