来源的DNA聚合酶活性中心差异导致的保真性差别也可以是量级的。不过商业化的PCR用
酶基本都是复制型DNA聚合酶，即使没有校正功能保真性也是很高的，Taq在标准条件下
也是4－5万个碱基里面出个突变，用来clone一般够了，多挑几个克隆只要运气不是太
差应该没问题。 |

章，封在信封里吗？
