proshares ETF是publicly traded的，所有权下方给了股票持有方，所以跟一般的股票
不一样，有一笔ownership的税费。这是昨天刚刚去cpa那里报税时知道的，我去年
trade了uvxy，wash sale的亏损清零，不能抵税，反而要交ownership的税。我看到uco
也在proshares etf list上，所以提醒一下各位大牛，交易这些股票要小心，不能亏只
能赚。
我的理解是如果赚的话，capital gain可以计入，所以就能把adjustment to cost
basis这笔钱抵消掉，所以赚的话，就不用多交税。不知道我的理解对不对？
另外请问各位，用401K来炒股是不是不需要交太多的税？会比现金炒少很多吗？ |

closely minus some fees.
some may have leverage, double or whatever, you need to look into it.
买黄金实物 or real coins, you not only capture the price appreciation of the
gold, you also enjoy the rarity of some coins, so you may get more return.
you can buy 实物黄金，但又不想抱回家, you can put in goldcoin (巴依老爷)'s
home. he will take care of it for you.

买下来，才多大的盘子，leverage才多大。
做空大经济体，纯技术角度，一是得有工具，二是得有leverage, 三是得有liquidity,
从来没听说过用股票做空某个经济体的，道理很简单，盘子太小，股票仅仅是链条中
最后的一环或者说做空或者做多的结果而已。 这就是为啥都用外汇，bond等当做工具
，前者leverage大概40多倍，后者30倍左右，IB玩可以更高。
最近的case就是paulson等一帮人, 那时候一没工具，二没leverage, 三没交易的对方
也就没liquidity, 所以才要创造工具，同时拉上一帮垫背的人做交易对方制造
liquidity.
现在国内包括国际上对中国都是没有好的工具，股票就是shit, 小孩子的玩意，forex
上根本没有RMB任何事，NDF盘子太小，自己的股指期货还不够塞牙缝的，中国国债和
commodity更是joke全是自己玩自己的, 这就是为啥每次都是搞搞香港等外围。

BOND.
如果10 YEAR TREASURY BOND 继续跌，你的贷款利率上升，TBT 上涨抵消一部分利息损
失。
如果TBT下跌，说明10 YEAR TREASURY BOND涨了，你的贷款利率低了，可以抵消一部分
TBT损失
YMYD. 买房子也是看市场的，赶上BOND跌，就只好多付利息。
1% ALLY 在BOND 涨跌中，根本就不够看的。
锁定利率TIMING 好，可以省很多利息。1%*50K*HALF YEAR 还要交税，根本就不够看的。 |

翻翻资料，问问谷哥，还真是有不少选择，写几个我知道的吧，不全的各位大牛补充
一. 参与私人集资的做翻修（flipper）的公司
起步资金5万到几百万不等.我有不少朋友就参加了酱紫的公司.一般就是一些信得过的
朋友组建一个团队,然后注册个公司,有CEO,会计,然后让合作的realtor去找小黑屋deal
或买地,然后contractor把房子拿来翻新/重建后再拿到市场上去出售.
旧房翻修市场过去5-10年非常活跃,旧房翻修市场多年来已经发展出较大规模，仅独立
屋翻修规模就有240亿。但这里面的水很深。
优点在于
不需要自己操心,定期等着分红.
缺点在于
1. 资金流动性不好,一般参与的时候公司肯定会要求不能随便撤资.所以最好别拿可能
需要用的钱去整.
2. 风险大,收益不稳定,搞不好还起纠纷.一是小公司找翻修项目取决于合作的房地产
经纪人和项目组的水平了,项目没找好可能没啥油水.然后民间合伙拉的公司各方面万一

发帖数: 6122 | 39 XLU，其实很多资金在买，在30.5左右有很强的支撑，我在12月观察过，那时候每天盘
后是上万股的横扫式购买。
PIMCO也是建议过，认为这个有国债的利息，而价格又比国债坚挺。
XLU相当于赌未来两三年的美国总体经济，及时美国房市不复苏，但是总体经济可能会
缓慢复苏的。
另外，相对于其他几大SPDR的sector etf，XLU距离历史最高点还有一定距离，似乎还
有上涨空间。
不要看他涨的很慢，你可以买proshares的两倍ETF，或者上option，而且option的量其
实很大，不知道是些什么人在玩，spread几乎在5分钱，甚至比XLB XLI还好，接近于
XLE。
如果跌破30.5，最好不要long，要等着看一看。 |
