美国兰德公司的报告，引起国内舆论哗然，有国内知名学者在《国际先驱导报》发表文
章予以驳斥，在博客专栏上也是置顶的热贴。
其实这篇文章早在一个多月前就在海外中文网站上发出，当时就受到有心的网友揭露，
这是一篇伪作。现在国内媒体和学者居然煞有介事地驳斥一篇伪作。不能不让人疑心：
有没有媒体或者学者上网查一查兰德公司到底说了什么？到底谁说过、有没有人说过“
中国2020年将成为穷国”？
根据网上文章的内容，那篇兰德公司（U.S.-China Economic and Security Review
Commission）的报告应该是该公司亚太政策中心（Center for Asia Pacific Policy）
主任William H. Overholt在2005年5月19日在美国美中经济和安全评估委员会（U.S.-
