agent才划算？还是我们可以自己写个纸条就算下offer了？

发帖数: 1879 | 5 大银行都比较拖拉, 办事效率低, 很多时候部门之间都互不沟通. 让代理把loan
conditional proval letter 给卖方看, 证明你们努力配合银行工作, 只是卡在银行那
边, 相信卖方会理解. 卖方不会和你中止和约, 没人愿意再把房子放回市场重新来过.
卖方之所以让你交押金, 就是怕你反悔. 先不要交钱, 试试延期. |

Maybe it doesn't affect your target but affects something else.
Maybe the provalent model is just wrong. |
