dgaz的价格与天然气的价格相关。但是etn不拥有任何实际的股票或者期货合同，其价
格是“算”出来的，因此不会出错。最重要的是，和股票以及etf不同，ugaz/dgaz的买
卖成交量对ugaz/dgaz本身的价格，对天然气的期货价格没有任何直接影响。
现在天然气价格上下波动幅度太大，比如一天能涨或者跌近15%！这种涨跌会给ugaz和
dgaz造成非常大的损耗。其实对于新手来说，买入ugaz不如卖空dgaz保险。（当然，卖
空需要预留足够的现金以防天然气期货价格下跌超过预期，引爆margin call而割肉。
最近的dgaz最高价格是7.7。保守一点，每股9块钱现金比较保险，换句话说，如果dgaz
每股6块空，账户每股再留3块。守两三个星期，总有赚的时候。赚完再来第二轮。）

The review is used to proved that you are outstanding enough so the editors
invited to judge other people's work.
If you can not prove that the review selection creterion is very strict (i.e

刚收到律师的信说他收到了NOID。
我们单位是美国去年第一的医院，只给senior的researcher办EB1B. 律师说这还是第一
次收到NOID，说“ we have never gotten a response like this from a case like
this so we believe it is some kind of adjudicator error”.
这真是晴天霹雳啊。
看下面的回复，好像是三样都有，但都不够strong啊。

EB23闹成这样有失体面，在于我只注意了AP的便利性（H1B也可以往返，并非生死问题
）和EAD可以让配偶工作，而忽视了EAD的另一个重要性。经过某些EB2的再教育，体会
到了为什么EB3应该全力阻止EB2降级。
其实最重要的是EAD的一项功能。根据AC21法律，在485上交180后，不仅仅可以换工
作（前雇主撤掉140也没关系），还可以在失业的情况下保住身份，重新上路。那么485
就不是所谓锦上添花的效能，而是可以和绿卡比肩了。
基于此判断，我鼓励所有的EB3使用各种方法保住自己的排期，坚决阻击EB2的降级。

Personally, as much convincing as all these scandals and testimony sounded
like, if you ask me "do you think Lance doped?", without any convincing
physical evidence which does not even have to be drug test my answer would
be no. Statistically, I might have a much higher chance of being wrong
especially given the doping culture and history of cycling. But, I just can
't give up my belief that anyone deserv such a respect before it is proved
