我来讲个小故事，这个观点就清晰了。即B.F.Skinner 做的著名的鸽子实验，来研究＂
迷信活动＂的起源
他把鸽子，都分在很小的cell里面，然后饿很久。然后每个小cell里面，都放一个传送
带，传送带每３秒出一个豆子。
这个速度，对非常饿的鸽子来说，是很慢的。于是鸽子就开始注意，上一个豆子出来的
时候，自己恰巧做了一个什么动作。
于是，它们就开始＂琢磨＂，是不是这个动作，导致了豆子的出现。~~~
于是每个cell的鸽子，所有的鸽子，都开始跳各种奇怪的舞蹈。
每个舞蹈的形式和动作都不一样。
当然了，传送带是恒定出豆子的，不管你跳舞还是不跳舞。但是长时间跳舞的鸽子们都
认为，是自己跳舞带来了豆子，于是reinforce自己这个行为。

You are using the "guilty until proven innocent" principle. For rest of the
world where "innocent until proven guilty" is more accepted, the defense
doesn't need to prove the defendant didn't commit the crime. The defense
only need to offer other plausible explanations. It's up to the prosecution
to prove the defendant did commit the crime.
So for a successful defense, all Fang needs to do is to poke hole at the
logic of the accusation. Which he did. |

I am using xiao's defamation case, because when FZZ attacked xiao, he
certainly did not follow "innocent until proven guilty" principle, (and that
is why he lost his case).
Now when people attack SW, FZZ jumped out and defend for SW, and You said
let's follow the "innocent until proven guilty" principle.

obvious allegation that Sun and her classmates were hiding something, based
solely on the fact that they want to "carefully choose their words".
