超过所能负荷的范围。
继华为一级供应商福昌倒闭之后，上个月，投影行业明星公司雅图数字视频技术有
限公司(下称“雅图”)被裁员工到公司门口追讨欠薪。
一位行业内人士告诉《第一财经日报》记者，类似这种欠薪行为在制造行业内非常
普遍，“现在这种情况下还能准时发薪的企业只有30%左右。”
在今年9月份，网上流传一封《雅图告全体员工书》被大量媒体转载，在这份材料
中，雅图表示公司发展在2014年下半年以来遭遇前所未有的困难，流动资金严重短缺，
导致工厂被迫停工，员工薪资延期发放等情况，而鉴于这种情况，公司决定进行裁员。
记者就此事拜访雅图公司，发现其已在一个月前搬出官网上显示的位于深圳科兴科
学园办公地址，离开时所签订一年租约还未到期。事后记者多次致电雅图公司，并未能
联系上。

2009年，美国政府推出Data.gov，这是为了增加政府资料透明度而设立的一系列网
站。
该网站依照原始、地理数据和数据工具三个门类，截至2012年11月，Data.gov共开
放出了超过40万项原始数据和地理数据，涵盖大约50个细分门类。为方便公众使用和分
析，Data.gov平台还加入了数据的分级评定、高级搜索、用户交流以及和社交网站互动
等新功能，汇集了1264个应用程序和软件工具、103个手机应用插件。通过开放API接口
，Data.gov使得私人领域的开发者能够利用那些政府采集但未经梳理的各类信息，开发
应用来提供公共服务或者进行盈利。但随着近年美国政府陷入财政困局，白宫于2011年
