第二阶段：初步锁定目标区
在意识到location才是王道之后，我们重新制定了dream house的条件：
0。commute在15分钟之内
1。学区要好，小学，中学 > 900，高中 > 850
2。lot要6000+，前院小，后院大
3。房子面积 > 1300，1950年院蟮姆孔樱欣┙ㄇ绷?lt;/p>
4。后院朝东，或者朝南，没有泳池
5。主卧不临街，不是平顶房，大门开向正面不是侧面
6。没有路冲，高压线，附近不靠学校，商业区，和大路
7。neighborhood比较整齐，不要靠近劳模区
这也是我在之前一个帖子里list的几个条件。除了location，那个时候我们已经了解了
学区并不仅仅是解决小孩上学用的，对于房子保值，社区环境，邻居素质，甚至治安卫
生的重要性更大，所以我们把学区放在了仅次于location的第2位。
这样在budget范围内（75-90万，不知不觉我们已经把budget提高了那么多了，赫赫）

Pillsbury的5磅面粉清仓，价格$0.85（我已经check-out了，确实是）（货架上的价签
是指60oz面粉，但是最后价格确实是$0.85）。我走的时候货架上至少还有10袋左右。

我走的时候还有一二十盒（还有一个月左右过期）。如果有谁还有3off10的grocery胖
子的话就可以省的更多。coupons.com上还有0.55的胖子可以打，盒子上还有box top（
自己赚不到，给娃的学校攒点儿）。
不过给去这个店的同学提个醒，这个店偶尔clearance的时候，经常把即将过期的东西
摆在最显眼的地方、最好拿的地方。有一次买的cereal回家几天就过期了。 |
