O8单方面采取行政令改变移民政策现状，支持议会采取行动。这些参议员所在选区拉丁
裔比例偏低。
都是屁股决定脑袋，选票的力量好强大！
O8行政令解放一群非法移民，其实是个釜底抽薪的办法，会让共和党即便得到两院，在
移民改革方面也没啥可以作为的了，顶多宽松一下H1B上限，非移是否合法化，人家已
经不care了。否则，明年两院通过移民改革提案，无论参院挡驾，还是总统不同意，都
成为阻挡非移合法化的力量，民主党反倒做了恶人。 |

，就是自由球员了。鱼归大海，自由找下家。今年NFL允许球队提前3天，也就是周五，
可以跟别的队的UFA谈合同。如果谈成了，还要等到周一新联盟年开始才能签合同。
今年应该是有cap就是爷，好多球员要成为cap casualty。
