活, 训练方法是用2双筷子吃饭，正常姿势拿一双，无名指和小指也拿一双。顶级高手
是左右每手拿2双，总共4双筷子, 可以同时夹4块泡菜。我以为自己可以左手勉强用筷
子，打乒乓球，打羽毛球, 左右开弓很厉害，但跟这些高手简直不可同日语。

发帖数: 30533 | 3 偶的神拍之梦终于今日有了一个了结 -- 入账了一支China版的PS85.
此拍是偶所有拍子中状况最差的，到处都是paint chips, 有两处甚至磨进了
graphite，bumper guard惨不忍睹，几乎都要被磨穿，condition 5/10.
即便如此，因为是神拍，其价格比偶列出的另外两支拍子加绷线总成本之和
还要贵很多。偶到要看看它究竟值不值得这么hype.
下面把3至拍子简要介绍一下。
1) Wilson Sting 2 Mid 85
偶的主力拍，strung with SPPP 17g @ 55 lbs. 被认为是PS6.0的前身，和
PS6.0 string pattern相同 (16x18). 材料为100% graphite.
2) Donnay Pro Cynetic 1
桑普拉斯青少年时期用过的拍子，他自己声称和PS6.0 "virtually identical".
85拍面，16x19. 材料和PS 6.0完全一样：80% graphite 20% kevlar.
3) Prostaff 6.0 85

. the MGPM is 93 on paper, but actually close to 90 due to the way Head
measures the head-size. It's 18x20 - it is definitely much denser compared
to the PS6.0... The PS6.0 is less stiff, but weight/balance of both
racquets is pretty similar.
I went to Utah in January, and out of the 6 times I've been to SLC to ski,
this year was by far the worst year in terms of snow... Snowbird was pretty

，眼镜无饭光，不知道可不可以用CPL。然后用ps6扣图，新的ps6非常好用，youtube上
有各种教程。抠出来贴到新建白色背景就行了。打印的时候直接adorama，4x6正好打6
张。收到自己回家用刀片割然后剪刀修。
我这样拍出来和专业影棚差别不大。 |

非是sibling。TAG可能有，在harlem。district的不一定值得。上东城有几所评价很好
的学校，PS6， PS290，PS183/158也据说都不错，还有新学校PS267， PS151等等。 |

illusions about this - I'm a recreational player, and so is 100% of the
people on this board I suspect. But this really has nothing to do with
anything.
I like my 93 sqin MGPM, not because I have illusions that I can suddenly
play like Safin - maybe when I was 16 and swung a PS6.0 85 for the first
time, I had imagined that I can serve like Pete, but I have grown out of
that quite a few years ago...
It's just what one is used |

suddenly feel like I can beat the other player if the people who I have
played who are close to my level - I still win some and I still lose some.
When I switched from my PS6.1c to my MGPM, I don't think I won more because
of my racket - sometimes I hit good and my partner hit poorly - so I win,
sometimes I hit poorly and my partner hit well - so I lose.

极其轻便，而且弹性很好。
首先列一下偶3个拍子的指数：
Wilson Graphite Force 85: actual head size around 88, strung
weight 12.7oz, 5pt HL, stiffness less than PS6.0 but higher
than Sting, probably 55-60?
Prince Magnesium Pro 110: actual head size around 103,
strung weight 12.1oz, very HL (more than 5). Stiffness unknown,
probably 50-55? (too flexible, the head even deforms)
Head LM Radical 98: actual head size around 95, strung weight
11.2oz, 4pt HL (feels less HL than that) |

chase gear too much - it's a slippery slope.
Every year there will be new models - and they will feel 'slightly'
different - even if that difference is 99% psychological.
I've never used the mid85 so I can't comment on it - but I kinda doubt it
will feel similar to the blx90 - if the blx90 is very similar to the k90
then it would feel pretty similar to my ps6.0 - which, judging from the beam
design should be pretty diffe |

n90的红白搭配比较适合南方的阳光明媚和和煦小风，hoho。
如果黑色的话，还是比较喜欢ps6.0的亚光设计。
当然如果搬去北方打室内，大概可以搞些深色的行头，K90也许可以。
不过等到n90断掉，估计b90也要减价了，那时候FF风光不再，估计价格更低。

发帖数: 248 | 30 拍子这个事，我觉得是很personal的。每个人发力方式，引拍长短都不一样，所以只有
自己试过之后才知道。 但试拍子也麻烦，因为demo拍子的线很多时候都不好，或者是
松了也没换，所以试了也得不出什么结论。
我以前发过一个racquet selection map. 我觉得大家应该按自己打法特点来决定软硬
和power level，然后针对性的试几把。
我自己认真打过的，Head Prestige, Radical, Wilson PS 6.0, 6.1, K95, K90,
Yonex RDX500, Babolat PST, APD. 最后定在Babolat PST。
自己感觉，Head Prestige控制很好但劲比较小，Radical劲又有点太大。Yonex RDX500
也是劲太小，据说后来出了新款专门解决这个问题。 Babolat APD太硬，K95也是。最
喜欢的还是现在的Babolat PST, 手感非常不错，力量大小也刚好适合我，以前的
Wilson PS 6.1也很好。至于K90和PS6.0，只能说水平不到，掌握不了，呵呵。 |

发帖数: 2400 | 31 M-fil 300是个挺好用的拍子，中规中矩。不过当时买只是因为价钱便宜，毕竟3个新拍子花不到150不是每天都能碰上的。买来之后唯一觉得不满的是重量，太轻。每块拍子上加了18g铅条才觉得趁手。
最近一年技术遇到瓶颈，开始频繁换拍子，从300换到Babolat APD到PS6.1到6.0，还翻出N年前的Prestige Tour 300，HyperPS 5.0，然后才发现靠换拍子提升水平完全是在走弯路。所以现在又回到了M-fil 300，无他，因为有3只。
其实认准一款拍子练技术才是提升水平的王道。在技术定型以前说什么要根据自己的打法选拍子完全是自欺欺人的说法。 |

Radical MP类似，力量太大，出界无数，暂时很难适应。不过打中甜点真是很好
听啊，pongpong的，令对方以为偶拿了把神拍。
由于此拍据说根POG 93很类似，所以偶估计POG的power level还是要比PS6.0高。 |

When 80% graphite is mixed with 20% kevlar, it feels the same,
no matter manufactured in 1983 or 2002.
One example would be POG. People have commented that the POG currently
sold on TW feels identical to the 4-stripe POG back in late 1980's.
Once Prince gives the OEM the specifications, it is very easy to
replicate exactly the same specifications (in all aspects). The technology
is not difficult and the cost is not high at all.

在偶的20款左右球拍中，此拍和Prince Precision Graphite并列力量最小
拍。如果Prestige的power level是L6, Wilson PS6.0是L7的话，则这俩
都是L8.
光从参数看，这个拍子不至于力量这么小。但是它的string pattern极其
密，尤其是接近甜点的地方，直接导致力量超小。Stiffness也只有60。
打起来基本感觉是羽毛球拍，指哪打哪，永不出界。缺点是实在太累了，
很容易被对手压着打。虽然线是Wilson NXT这种大力线，仍然力量太小。
如果要修改的话，估计也只能在拍头狂加lead了。
总的来说这个拍子很适合对付低手时候用，可以大大降低你的UE. |
