不知道为什么总有那么些人反中医。原因可能如下，你曾经接受过中医治疗，失败

是造Capsaicin的原料。好处还不少，有抗炎止痛， 促进心血管循环，促进消化。我也
是到了美国才发现，从国内来的几乎没有不吃辣的（除了我），以前我室友， 湖南来
的， 吃饭就是西兰花加上老干妈。好处很多，当然如果有消化道溃疡的要当心，而且
也会可能对其他药物有干扰，比如抗高血压药，因为会产生catecholamine儿茶酚胺.有
兴趣的可以看看。

个药混在一起用于对抗病毒感冒。中国的烂树根和鲜花可以治感冒！欧美也有秘方治感

入进修。最近其父亲有了一些问题，希望能够借助其笃信的中国医术或者气功（后者被
我强力劝阻，因为骗子实在太多）做一些辅助性治疗。鉴于这个行业龙蛇混杂，我又不
忍一个对中国文化这么热心的人受骗，希望版上的高人能够提供一些意见帮助以及网络

老头，白人，90岁，身体一直很好，从未住院。血压有些高，但从未发生问题。在船上
工作时曾因暴露在太阳下过多而患脸部局部皮肤癌，但已全部切除。
自2005年丧子之后开始怨天尤人，恨不能替子先死，受白发人送黑发人之苦。遂对生活

不变应万变
对于难题要做到镇静，想想我不会的题目，多数人也未必会，镇静，镇静！镇静下来之
后才能慢慢寻找解题思路，难题的难点在于，题目信息不熟悉，备选答案内容不熟悉，
不要慌，想一想，出题者的思路在哪里，用自己熟悉的知识点去解决不熟悉的信息，这
就是apply的过程，比如genetic的题目。以不变应万变。
对于不会的题目，不要粘题，没有思路，跳过去，回头再想。有时是瞬时block out一
叶障目，后头再看的时候会发现豁然开朗。不值得浪费太多时间在一道题目上面。
关于排除法的应用，首先排除自己熟悉的选项，再排除自己不熟悉的选项，如果自己熟
悉的选项不能排除，怎么能排除自己根本看不懂的选项。解决方案：如果最后自己熟悉
的选项不能排除，还是选择自己熟悉的选项。因为太超范围，太偏太远的东西考的可能
