我刚才在www.eb2niw.com看到了一个帖子。里面统计了300+个在2012年全年和2013年1
月期间approved的NIW case。我相信这些数据对大家会有帮助的，故特地copy过来分享
。虽然它们来源于NIW的case，但对于办EB1A的人也应该有一定的借鉴意义。
另外，原作者还统计了这些approved case中，有多少曾收到过RFE。
还有一点需要提醒大家注意的是：从名字看，eb2niw的网站创立者Veronika Vaneckova
应该是俄裔的，她所统计的case在国籍上可能比中国律师（比如hooyou)更广泛一些，
许多petitioner由于国籍关系，NIW根本没有排期。hooyou以前也时常发布类似的统计
，但你会发现在publication, citation上面，NIW和EB-1A其实相差并不多。这里就出
现了一个问题：这些case里有多少是EB1A/NIW一起申请的（原因大家都清楚，这里就不

美国医生协会评估，到2025年，美国家庭医生和儿科医生将短缺3.5万到4万人。医生是
美国收入最高的职业之一，按道理讲人们会挤破头去学医学专业，家庭医生的平均年薪
为17.5万美元，儿科医生的年平均收入18万美元，这样的收入应当说是不低，但就是因
为这样的薪水对医生而言太低，所以没有多少人愿意从事家庭医生和儿科医生这么好的
职业。
人们也许会说，这美国人真是身在福中不知福，能挣这么多钱的活还没人干。美国学医
学的人不愿当家庭医生和儿科医生主要有两个原因，一是医学院的教育成本太高，美国
医学院毕业生毕业时平均要背负14万美元的教育贷款，这可不是一笔小数目。第二，既
然使用同样的时间、花同样的钱从医学院毕业，从事哪方面的医生职业者对收入影响就
大了。整形外科医生的年收入平均在51万美元以上，即使是泌尿科医生的平均收入也在

发帖数: 13407 | 32 你错了， 心理本身跨的范围很广， 是社科类里面极少数的可以跑去INDUSTRY的， 象I/O基本就是走INDUSTRY了， 少有人会去做FACULTY， 不断在那写FUNDING。 念心理不一定要有很强的心理背景， 有的基本就是招QUANTITATIVE方面强的人来做MODEL，通过MODEL来说明现象的原因， 我知道今年招的一个以前是MFE背景的。 象CLINICAL这种的，有的搞不好出来又会去考MEDICAL SCHOOL， 做PSYCHIATRY。 |

psychiatrist sense worked in the movies (no jokes please). We have to assume
that the term came about because people regarded the process of psychiatry
as being like head-shrinking because it reduced the size of the swollen egos
so common in show-business. Or perhaps they were suspicious about what
psychiatrists actually did to their heads and how they did it and so made a
joke to relieve the tension.
