心理防御机制，是指人面对紧张情绪时避免精神上的痛苦和不安而采取的一种应对方式
。每个人的性格与经历的不同，所选用的防御措施也大不一样。
1.升华：
把社会中所不能接受的转为所能接受的，以保持内心的宁静与平衡。
例如，居里夫人年轻是曾恋爱受挫，对方因她饿长相和学识浅薄而嫌弃她，从此，她立
志在学术上超过此人，于是埋头发奋，终于成为举世闻名的科学家。
2.合理化：
潜意识里有一种似乎合理的解释来掩饰自己，其目的是减少因挫折而产生的焦虑，保持
个人的自尊。
例如生活中常说的：不打不成才，棍棒下出人才。病人把因疾病导致的明显体重下降解
释为“减肥”，等等。
3.补偿：
个人的身体和心理缺陷，通过补偿而得到非常有效的纠正.
例如，某些残疾者通过惊人的努力，克服自身的缺陷，成为著名的画家，运动员，等等

发帖数: 10908 | 50 而另一方面，凡事都有两面性。psychomotor 的训练的时效比，往往也跟 IQ 有关。
这个可能也能解释为啥 high IQ 群体里，至少在讨论时，有另一型对 psychomotor
training 会发生一种类似 phobia 的反应。
这是因为毕竟概率事件无法对单个个体预测，而 psychosis 一旦 onset 多半不可逆，
只能减轻症状。所以留多少 cushion room 的问题，或者说就是在 “推 eliteness”
vs “推 neuro-typical“ 之间折中在那个点，也确实是一个不会有定论的话题。
