麻痹的一小罐可乐里面能有50g糖，还是额外添加的白糖和糖浆
中国人本来吃面食米饭就多，这些里面糖也不少

去kosher商店看看，里面除了专门的冰糖和土耳其软糖，其他各种膨化食品等零食里面
含糖量基本上是一包才1、2g，含盐量也特别少
我以前经常去犹太商店买一种花生酱的米花条，puffs，还有一种批萨口味的小snack
一个里面不含added糖，一个好像一整袋才1g
再到普通商店什么walmart，target看看，基本上很多零食里面至少三分之一都是添加糖
差不多大部分标注都是12g里面4、5g糖，一代100g就有4、50g糖

看了上海北京茉莉花视频，觉得国内安安缺少一件美帝警察的利器。那就是电视里美帝
警察常用的teaser，大概翻译为电击枪吧。我觉得一帮子安安拉拉扯撤的搞大半天，又
是叫又是闹，时间拖的长，影响也不好，起的威慑作用也小。不如给他们配上taser，
要抓人，就电一下，立马电晕了拖走。动作迅速，威慑力强。所以强烈建议普及这一利
器。 |

看了TG这次的反映，觉得安全部门的头头太笨了，只会被动拦堵，不能灵活主动的采取
方法。如果我是公安局头头.比如事先知道了地点，就要商家配合，在那里搞个大抽奖
，送优惠券，大展销等活动。同时借机会说要维持秩序，把警察便衣不动声色的都派上
去。现在国人都爱钱，爱摸奖，爱促销这类的，这些活动自然把大家的注意力吸引过去
了，同样也把地皮都给先站住了。如果谁要搞事，就上去抓，说是来捣乱的，妨碍大家
发财的。最后再来个当场对奖发小汽车，大概就没人去理会旁边有没有散步的了。 |

靠!这组合屋搞了这么久，连一间都没装好。弯弯真是太搞笑了。

第一批大陸送的組合屋，前天已經抵達屏東縣佳冬鄉，數量有一百間，不過早就有三百
人搶著登記要住，鄉公所找來營建署人員，結果沒想到耗了一整天，卻因為台灣的組裝
人員，看不懂大陸的圖示，不會組裝，整個進度到現在還是零，災民看了只能搖頭嘆息
，怎麼會有這麼不專業的政府團隊。
現場指揮的營建署主管急得喊救命，因為大陸送來的組合屋，怎麼組，怎麼裝都不對，
因為這一批組合屋沒有附上組裝圖，讓工程人員之能慢慢摸索，但是，問題還不只如此
，螺絲跟使用的工具規格都不符合，光是一面牆就花了快三個小時，結果還裝錯，這個
時候，進行到一半的組裝工程臨時喊卡，現場主管趕緊打電話向上層求救，這樣的效率
，讓一直以為就快要有地方住的災民，心急得不禁開罵。

WASHINGTON (AP) — One of President Barack Obama's campaign pledges on taxes
went up in puffs of smoke Wednesday.
The largest increase in tobacco taxes took effect despite Obama's promise
not to raise taxes of any kind on families earning under $250,000 or
individuals under $200,000.
This is one tax that disproportionately affects the poor, who are more
likely to smoke than the rich.
