西雅图学区gift program情况的吗？能介绍一下吗？如果搬去wedgewood，是去哪个学
校读gift小学？好像wedgewood小学只有spectrum 。spectrum啥的另外一种不pullout
的program。应该是pullout好些？想了解一下再决定换房子哪里。现在娃在读k, 明年
读一年级。

以不受任何蛙泳规则限制。
各种奇怪的蛙泳规则，比如手不能长划，肘不能出水，途中不能用蝶腿，头必须在手内
划时出水，必须每划换气……唯一的作用是为了让蛙泳更慢。类似乒乓球各种规则的改
动，唯一的作用是让观众看到球，增加回合数。
捡回某些五六十年代被ban的蛙泳技术，可以使蛙泳长游更有竞争力一点，游泳池里速
度上接近仰泳，开水里超过仰泳。
视频里两划换气比起每划换气来，每两个周期少了一次换气身体倾斜造成的速度停顿。
做的很漂亮。这样的速度和节奏（0.74m/s，12次蛙腿到边），能游多远？如果3800米
这样游下来，将是1小时25分，非常好的成绩。因为身体很漂，姿态控制的好，看起来
不累。如果事实上很累，可以考虑三划两次换气。
另外一个可以考虑捡回的被ban技术是不换气周期里双手向后长划（以向后为主，上下

想打击孩子的积极性。
pullout的录像没有，下次录一下。她自己说最近pullout和streamline进步很大。如果
这个可以作为参考的话，一周前的50BR （在200y relay里）她游了43.01。
还有，她跳水的时候，身子在跳台（stand）上拉得比较靠后。我看大多数孩子手臂几
乎与台子的前沿垂直。哪种方法正确 |

蛙泳转身的无氧要求远没有自由泳和仰泳高，水下蝶腿和手臂长划又有限制，即使将来
你想提高pullout的速度和距离，只要有氧练习足够，不用专门为蛙泳做无氧训练。换
句话说，pullout练习对业余蛙泳者来说，本身就是足够好的无氧训练。前提是你触壁
转身的时候能高效率快速换气一次。
假设你还没有到50岁。140的心率就觉得没有力气了，正说明要加强有氧练习。 |

我一开始是说可能控制线断了，你一下说看到断线，以下又说在到disconnect box 里

有断线。
接下来你把A/C disconnect box 里的Disconnect 拉出来（断电源)。打开冷气后面的

各地的长短不太一样。
