there are different causes for tinnitus, one is neurological, such as
acoustic neuroma or any other tumor that is at cerebellar/pontine area,
since your husband had a negative MRI you can pretty much be asured that's
not from that,

are you sure it's migrane? it's often on one side of the head, kind of
pulsating type, worse with activity, light, noise, sometimes associated with
aura,
but one very old neurologist told me all headaches are migrane headaches,
if it's really migrane, there is prophylatic measures, first you have to
recognize if there is any triggering events/food things like that and try to
avoid it, i think some type of cheese, red wine will trigger it,
then there are medications you can take prophylactically |

一般在birth plan里都写 "I would prefer that the umbilical cord stop
pulsating before it is clamped and cut."
但是，具体是几分钟呢？医生和我对这个waiting period的定义不同，正在愁。。。
我的医生一般等1分钟就夹了，我自己做了做研究，似乎最好是3-5分钟。

我以前就用过一个海尔的小洗衣机，我们把排水管放到水池里，结果老是自己弹到地上
，水流得卫生间的地上都是，淹了两次楼下的印度人，结果就不敢用了。不知道这个洗
衣机会不会也有这个问题啊？
