On that night, when CNBC registered its highest audience ever, it’s not
known if Harwood also got approval from the Clinton campaign to ask Donald
Trump: “Is this a comic-book version of a presidential campaign?”
Harwood was criticized harshly after that debate — and rightly so. The
Republican National Committee even went so far to punish NBC as a whole,
stripping it of what would have been a highly rated primary debate later in
the cycle. It was a black eye for CNBC by all accounts.
So did Harw...

We are repeating here. But directly challenging the
one-China policy is reckless. It will only lead to a situation you will
have to either backing up or leading a worldwide sanction to punish China.
That's how we ended in the last post's discussion on "punish china".
Instead, going directly after China's unfair play in the trades will gain
far more support. And the deal can be sweetened for the US by giving tg

A misdemeanor (American English) or misdemeanour (British English) is any "

generally punished less severely than felonies, but theoretically more so
than administrative infractions (also known as minor, petty, or summary
offences) and regulatory offences. Many misdemeanors are punished with

I agree with all you said, "saving should be punished a little bit".
But we can't reward "irresponsible behavior". Under the current the system,
savers took a rick, they knew their saving value will shrink, based on the
reasonable inflation rate. On the other side, the system is subsidize the
risk of most "irresponsible behavior". If you buy a house you can't afford,
guess what, BOA is forgibing your premium up to $150K today!
BOA is a business entity, they can do what ever that makes sense to t...

No. But PBoC, or more precisely, the Xi-Li administration, is sitting
between rock and a hard place. They certainly do not want the current bubble
to grow further, but there is not much obvious good options. The banking
sector should be punished, but the risk is they may be overly punished if
the hawkish policy is based on political rather than economical reasons,
which often is the case in China.
As a typed, I just find PBoC seems inject cash to the open market, and repo
rate dropped nearly 4%.

Did I just misunderstood? As far as I know, most American grandparents
would like to babysit temporarily, but do not like to stay in their kid's
home and take care of their grandchildren for 1 or 2 years, doing the
childcare job on a daily basis. That's why I think "home-based care" mostly
involve stay at home moms, with the occasional help from relatives.
I mentioned punishment just because you said kids who go to daycare early
are more aggressive, and bullying requires punishment. Of course I...
