别家的dwelling coverage都基本上和我的purchase price 相差不远，
他家的只有purchae price的70%左右， 给他们打电话问原因， 他们说那个是他们估计
的rebuild房子要的价格， 没有考虑地价， 学区任何因素。 如果让他门把coverage调
到和房价一样高， 那估价就比别家高了。
我因为auto insurance也是用的state farm的， 所以还是想考虑他家
不知道版上有没有人在用他家的home insurance， 是不是也是coverage比purchase
price底很多？

purchase loan. Outside lenders might offer better rate but will be alot
harder to close the loan comparing to the builder's lender.
2. Nobody can lock or promise the rate for you for 6 months later.
3. With mortgage brokers outside the builder, it is hard to get $7500 match
as your builder, because lenders would not allow the credits over the
closing cost.

假定你有一张信用卡，billing cycle是每个月1号到月底，
due date是下个月的20号，purchase的APR是12%。
比如12月10日你花了$3000，如果你在due date 1月20日之前付清的话，
就没有利息。
如果没有付清的话，比如你1月10日还了$1500还剩$1500。
假设你在1月20日又花了$2400，那么1/1-1/31这个billing cycle的
avarage daily balance是（3000*9 + 1500*10 + 3900*12）/ 31，
然后乘上你的avarage daily rate以及billing cycle的天数就是
利息$29.19。1月31日的statement上的purchase balance就是$3929.19。
如果在2月11日把1月的所有balance付清，则2月份的new purchase免利息，
只对1月份遗留的purcha |

I received card today, and called to confirm. And three 3 CSR told me it is 1%
/3%, which is not same as what I was told when I converted to this card.
I was pissed off, and asked for a supervisor. the supervisor said it does have
a DE which have 2% rebate, it is Driver's Edge Charter card, but it will not
earn drive rebates (only purchae rebate) and the year limit is $500. I said OK

within a year，当时就知道3种方法：买aa机票付费；买aa gift card；aa航班上买饮
料之类。
本来想等需要换AA里程票的时候付tax&FEE来拿$150，结果到最后一个月也没机会，悲
催的是，最后才发现NJ resident不能买AA gift card。
本来打算就算了，这credit也不要了。离deadline只剩2天的时候朋友建议上flyertalk
问问，结果就问出了一个好办法：花$30买500 mile upgrade，也成功拿到了。post情
况如下：

btw，flyertalk还提供了另一个办法是买LAX-LAS才$42的AA机票，能拿到credit的话不

这意味着如果有Balance Transfer在身，就不要去消费。
现在，通常信用卡公司的还款顺序是这样的：
Fee
mininum due towards lowest APR
extra towards highest APR
这样的话，如果有BT在身，也可正常消费。但是要小心还款时间。
本人BOA Enhanced Checking (not longer available)如果关联信用卡有消费，就免月
费。
本人一不小心用该信用卡做了BT，交了学费后琢磨出变通办法。
比如min due $50，账单出来后，消费$5，然后还款$55，消费就不会有利息。
但是如果还款时间没算好，先还$55，再消费$5，purchase部分就没清零，导致purchas
e的grace period没有了。本人因此付了$1.50的学费。
后俩月掌握好还款时间，保证purchase当月清零后，就没事了。 |
