眼里，保健品其实跟药差不多，只是分子的potency没有药那么高。其实很多保健品就
是OTC的药，比如说我曾经管理过的一个药niacin，在任何药店都能在保健品柜台找到
所以吃到肚子里的话，还是要小心的。我没有恶意，只是提醒。。。
其实我也给家人买过puritan的鲨鱼骨，买后决得有点后悔和担心。。。。你吃它家的
哪些产品呢？哪些觉得还可以，我可以作个参考 |
