不过，要注意有一条，是没有注册不可以在加州做 charitable purpose 的
fundraising。什么意思呢？就是 fundraising 有好多种，象学校小孩做个什么活动，
搞个 fundraising，那个不算 charitable purpose。Disaster relief 专门针对某个
人某一家的，在 community 做点 fundraising，也不算 charitable purpose。
ACCEF 给康的小孩设立专门的教育基金，这个算不算 charitable purpose，我不清楚
。如果算的话，没有注册就是有问题的。如果不算的话，没有注册虽然没问题，但说 Q

，任何相信圣经的教会都会有人相信并实践的。
二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的，或“明确”。
例如，哥林多前书十一章，
4 凡男人祷告或是讲道（讲道或作说预言下同），若蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。 5 凡

。有一次一个病人外出，错过了时间，回来的时候门已经锁了，门卫不肯开门。病人突

第二个案例去年在美国引起过不小的哄动。一个亚裔的女中学生家境不好，需要一边上
学一边打两份工，所以经常会逃课，违反了《反逃学法》。法官下了court order，命
令她不准再逃课。可是由于实在太累，早上起不来，女学生还是逃课了。法官把她传召

说，却是个很大的数目了。
情况比较复杂，大致如下：

房子的租期是今年6月1日到8月1日，短租的暑假，租金750每月，security deposit同
样的数目。与其他两名室友合租。
8月1日查房的时候房东发现她的granite counter top有一块变色了，很不高兴，想把
整块counter top换了，说要扣留我们的security deposit，会找公司报价之后再联系
我们。她说肯定是我们把烫的锅子直接放在台子上造成的。我们一直不承认。因为那一
块地方是放的调料，从来没有放过锅子。而且granite就是因为抗高温的特点，才卖的
比较贵的。
她说换变色的部分counter top不会太多，也就几百块。
我们当时就觉得，几百块对她来说不多，对我们来说太多了，就据理力争。
首先，变色的原因不明，如果是因为烫坏了，那就根本不是我们，如果是其他原因，倒
有可能；
第二，我们不能确定在我们来之前是不是已经变色了。她说我没有在入住查房的时候写

其实也无所谓。
不过俺看了那种图形，我认为做那种题目是要阻断大脑的逻辑部分
的 “sense of purpose”，而仅仅让直觉来引导。
比如拼图的 “sense of purpose” 是重建图像。
比如 chess 的 “sense of purpose” 是赢棋（对大娃而言），
或者 “change the story by making choices”（对小娃而言）。
当然也可以说 IQ 的图形测试题的 “sense of purpose” 是
“find a match”。。。我相信对于大部分扑通人来说，大脑
马上跳出来的问题就是 “What is match?”。。。然后如果
给了标准答案，大脑马上在跳出来的问题就是 “Why this is
a match, and why that is not a match? (Is the
definition/logic universal? Can it be proved, or
