不能提高薪水10%，减免第一年的课程和tenure credit transfer.
后面两个都同意了，但是提高薪水没有同意，回给我的email说，“The

clean title?
report上有以下几点：
1. we find various liens and judgments, that are record against persons
with similar or the same name as that of our vestee(s) shown herein.
接着在“End of Items"下面，还有一些note：
1. current owner does NOT qualify for the $20 discount pursuant to the
coordinated stipulated judgments entered in actions filed by both the
Attorney General and private class action plaintiffs for the herein
described property
2. we are not aware of any matt |

"Extended replacement cost 50% above dwelling coverage; extended replacement
cost applies only pursuant to the loss provisiosn fo the policy contract".
这个是否是：“保险有100% replacement cost或guarantee replacement cost的保障
