So I am reading all these comments laughing and calling out "conspiracy
theories". It's easy to "throw shade"..... getting "shade to stick" is

过去2月+了
对方保险公司(state farm)让签如下文件，赔点钱给我
请问第二段

应该怎么理解？对方还保存告我们的权力？
有没有人签过类似的文件啊？

前一阵子有事出远门，在Idaho State Highway55上超速(65->80+)被idaho警察盯上。
过了1~2mile进了山道才注意到后面警车，闪灯，但没警笛，因为是第一次被警察跟，
所以鬼使神差地没意识到应该pull over。继续开，跟随车流，速度65-70。中途有个路
段有超车道，从后视镜看见警车没走超车道，更鬼使神差地以为警车没在工作中，以为
他有事儿干嘛不走超车道！
出了山道我前面有两辆车停路边了，第三辆停的时候停得很快且没停好，占了部分行车
道。我为了躲这第三辆车，只好往左打方向盘绕过去。结果过了中间的黄色虚线一点，
对面也来一辆车，差那么几秒就可能撞上了。
又开了一段，最后在前面的路口有另一个警察站车边用手示意我停车，我就规规矩矩地
停一边了。警察让下车，沟通了一番，回车里等，过了十来分钟警察开好了ticket, 不

日昨在洛杉磯地區讓警方出動至少五輛警車、長達40分鐘的追車事件駕駛人，來自安徽
合肥剛滿18歲的中國留學生周遠，已以7萬5000元交保，唯仍可能面臨刑事檢控。有關
人員透露，他去年12月才拿到一張罰款高達千餘元的汽車違規罰單。
周遠當晚被警方逮捕後，一度拘留在洛杉磯警察局77街分局，車上兩位乘客則被當場釋
放。
有關人員指出，周遠行駛的白色寶馬750i案發時最高時速曾超過100哩，在警方試圖攔
下他的汽車時並未配合，很可能與他去年底才拿到高額交通違規罰單，及汽車是才向友
人購買且尚未過戶等有關。
律師蔡玟慧說，從該案發展看來，應是年輕人一時失去理智誤判結果。事實上開車即使
超速，只要不是在藥物或酒精影響下，頂多是一張罰單。就算是所駕駛的汽車尚未過戶
，也是一張罰單。但從周遠讓警方追著他的車子跑了40分鐘，並出動多輛警車等公家資
源，已不單純是交通違規，尚觸犯刑法拒捕罪。檢方極可能提起刑事檢控，且可能不止
