禁片，是一个动作。有动作的施与方和承受方。其他人好象是第三者，潜在的观看
方。在动作的施行过程中，第三者只能做看客。在动作完成之后，第三者好象可以继续
做第三者，其实大部分“其他人”是承受方：被禁止的东西他看不到了。当然，当把问
题摊开来谈论的时候，不时也有个别“其他人”表示：要是中国什么事情你们拍电影的
都能拍，那还了得？
禁片，是一个称谓。被禁止的影片。禁止的动作范围可能有以下几种：禁止拍摄、
禁止发行、禁止宣传、禁止当事人继续从事电影工作等。禁止的理由无限多。这是正当
的，因为在禁止行为的施与者看来，允许一部影片的理由不也无限多吗？
本文只探讨1990年之后到现在大陆人在大陆拍摄而被大陆人禁止的长故事片。局限
于长故事片，是因为它是我们在影院中唯一看到的类型，也是因为这一部分有比较多的
、成文的法规和政策。纪录片、短片等作品，由于法规的缺乏，经常谈不上被批准，也
就不好谈被禁止。
90年代初对于禁片的意义，是“禁止”这个动作主动与被动的差别。
大陆影片“被禁止”和“禁止”这对动作，在哲学术语中的由“自在”转为“自觉
