基本的ROUTINE是一周三到四次。
胸背一天,手臂肩膀一天。循环两次。饮食基本一日四餐,也是按着高蛋白低脂的标准
来。一天大概1/2 LBS COTTAGE CHEESE代替蛋白粉。
1. bench press+ cable fly+back seated row+assisted pullup
2. bicep curls(2 exercises)+ tricep dips+ tricep pushdowns+shoulder press+
shoulder fly
bench press: 105lbs 瓶颈好久了,一直没提高,而且明显感觉耐力不够,一般到第6
个rep就开始困难。最近在开始尝试5by5,不知道对冲击瓶颈有没有效果。
cable fly: 27.5lbs*2
back seated row: 100lbs
assisted pullup: 体重减60/70 lbs
bicep curls: 27.5lbs dumbbell
tricep dips: 体重-20lbs

No oil at all.

I did
20 min jog
shoulder raise 3 set, 10 rep 45lb
standing front raise 3 set, 10 rep 25lb
bent over row 3 set, 10 rep 60lb
flat chest press 3 set 8 rep. 25lb later change to 15lb.
tricep pushdown 3 set, 10 rep, 55lb.

情况介绍:男,奔四,6'高,185lb重,不胖也不瘦。从小学到大学一直在体校、学校
的运动队,先田径后篮球,锻炼习惯较好,无需费劲坚持。下肢力量强,上肢偏弱。
身体状态:本来一直打篮球,但是从去年年底起髌骨软化症(膝盖软骨过度磨损)症状
加剧,双腿膝盖不能受力,上下楼梯很疼,不得不停止篮球,先改为游泳,不喜欢,后
改健身,觉得很好。医生的建议也包括大腿肌肉的锻炼以更好地控制膝关节。经过几个
月的锻炼,膝盖症状有了不小的缓解,下楼梯没事了,右腿受力也基本没问题了,左腿
不如右腿,但是也在改善中。只是由于停止篮球,下肢明显比以前脂肪增多。
要求和期望:非健美爱好者,无意练出肌肉块,只是想(1)保持体重(2)减少肥肉(
3)增强上肢及腿部力量
锻炼情况:周一至周五每天一小时,已经有几个月了,顺序是sauna warmup、stretch
、自行车(15分钟)、卧推(10x3)、heel lift(20x3)、腿adduction+abduction(
15x3)、哑铃二头肌屈臂(20x2)、哑铃双臂侧平举(10x2)、卧姿正/侧慢举腿(左

in your query, I believe all tables listed are "tables" rather than
complicated
business views. In some ad-hoc environment, complicated BI view hide
business logic and the 3-nr model beneath, therefore, when you select from
