也是很负责的，我其实很向往这种老板，给自己push到一个又一个新的progress， 但
这种老板因为比较care一些很细节的东西，不容易在social上有很大突破，不遭人喜欢
，funding就有一定难度了。
真正很牛牌的老板，没功夫陪你聊这些和钱不相干的事的，人家一堆appointment都排
满了一个季度了。。。
话多的，爱说的老板，每星期都关心你实验结果的，其实挺好合作的，你起码知道他在
care你什么啊，也就不用这么费事了。不过这种风格的老板，到外面拉赞助，倒也会吓
跑一群牛人就是了，为人是比较妈宝一些。 |

对很多其他的传染病也有帮助。
虽然大家可能近期都买不到口罩，可以想办法啊，比如鼓励自己在家做等等，而不是一
味说没什么用，用围巾算了。简直是自欺欺人，害人不浅。这样下去，疫情失控，大家
谁也不好过。
保持Social Distance只能防止一部分传染，勤洗手也会有漏洞，不小心的时候。同样
的状况下，同一个人，戴了口罩，即使不是N95，可能接触到的病毒量会大大减少，这
极可能就是轻症和重症的区别，可以自己痊愈和必须住院的区别，可能是生与死的区别。
全民戴口罩对大家都有益处，尤其这次的新冠传染性非常强，没有症状的病毒携带者和
轻症患者都具有传染性，这已经是医学界普遍共识。没有症状和轻症患者戴口罩就大大
减轻了传染的力度，他们打喷涕，流鼻子的时候释放的病毒量到周围空气中，和人们接
触到的地方就会少很多。如果他们也戴手套就更有效。健康的人戴了口罩即使接触到了
新冠病毒，也因为口罩保护，即使不是N95口罩，接触到的病毒量小了，人的自身免疫

load低一些，startup用起来更灵活。但感觉私立逼格高很多啊，发信催department

公司可以说是我的dream company。可惜，才刚过了第一轮电话面试，因为当时预约的

只是，我现在很想用这个A公司的OFFER来PUSH一下B公司的HM，看他能不能加速面试什
么的。但我自己感觉：如果我与B尚处于电面阶段、就拿A公司的OFFER来说事，担心这
样做的话，会不会起什么反作用？下面是我所起草的EMAIL，大家觉得我的措词得不得

发帖数: 1121 | 46 看大家都在问perineum massage和呼吸法的事情，我就在这里提一下。
关于perineum massage，mm们可以搜索一下子，中文搜“会阴按摩”，英文搜“
perineum massage”，方法其实都大同小异。我midwife当时教我的是用手指往后面拉
的动作，一开始的时候感觉有点点疼（就是大家说的burning sensation），后来慢慢
就好了。这个提前个4，5周做就可以了吧，不过也有人在second trimester就做的。我
是等到快最后了才做的，效果也还可以。
还有就是如果想减少撕裂，那么在push的时候要注意不要瞎用劲儿，到宝宝快出来的时
候要慢慢的用力，我当时可能就还是力气大了一些，所以破了一些小口子，midwife说
是1度撕裂（不过我在push的时候midwife一边帮我massage，一边说这个是一定要撕裂
的。。。搞的我很郁闷）。我感觉因为我当时没有用epidural，所以用力的时候有感觉
，比较容易掌控。
关于呼吸法，大家一致推荐的是lamaze呼吸法，不过我没有看过真正的lamaze呼吸法是
什么，既然大家都推荐那一定是有他的好处吧。我也 |
